Our stay at Josh's Airbnb was perfect. We use Airbnb alot and this is a close second the best Airbnb we have stayed in. It was absolutely spotless, exactly as described, response host, great recommendations. We can't recommend this Airbnb enough! You won't find a better view in Brixham whilst sat in bed with a cuppa! We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

We had a great week’s stay at Alison’s flat! It looked exactly like the pictures and was really clean on arrival, with lovely views out on the balcony of Brixham harbour. We were able to get parked pretty close to the flat for most of the week which was ideal for when we wanted to do a few trips out. It was easy to find and plenty of space just for the two of us. The steps going up and down to the flat weren’t an issue (we definitely got a good workout with the steps to and from the high street but that’s expected as most places are uphill). Communication with Alison was easy and for what we paid for the week, we thought it was great value for money. We would definitely return if we come back to Brixham in the future!

We had a 5 day break at this cottage in October half term. We set out to find a cosy , clean, functional, convenient base to enjoy a walking holiday with our dogs . This property more than fore filled the brief. It is set up a hill only 50 yards from the main high street. Despite this the property was quiet but a huge positive is it allowed us to be in the town in seconds from leaving the front door . You have instant access to a co - op and several pubs and restaurants all within a five minute walk , it could not be easier. The town itself is charming, lovely walks on and around the coast line even a few boutique shops to keep us entertained. The accommodation itself was clean and full of charm we felt at home quickly. The shower was very powerful always a positive! A lot has been said re issues parking. This is a minor set back but we found a slot and yes there is a steep walk to the cottage but thereafter we did not need the car. I suggest you book its a great find.
