Vacation rentals with beach access in Brixham

Beautiful spot within walking distance to Slapton Sands, very handy to access all our favourite areas in South Devon. The local inn serves incredible fish and chips. Jaquine was a friendly host with some great recommendations. The accommodation was comfortable with lots of personal touches. Would be very happy staying there again.

Another geat stay .Photos of the views are really good but the real think is something else great views from every window. Accurate description on the listing and fantastic replies from Suki on any questions. We will book again.

What a truly wonderful stay, and the photos REALLY do not do this beautiful place justice!! We had the most lovely welcome from Chris and Sally when we arrived, were given lots of tasty treats to keep us going until we were able to shop the next day, and loved every second of our stay with them. They really did think of everything we could possibly need, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent as we were able to park right outside the property. There is also a bus stop directly outside so we jumped on the bus to Exeter, which only took half an hour. The drive to Starcross is only about 10 minutes and we parked up and got the lovely foot-passenger ferry over to Exmouth (definitely worth the trip and very cheap.) We will DEFINITELY be returning and are already missing the sound of the ocean.

Rockpool is a wonderful place to stay! Kay is a friendly, helpful and generous host. We appreciated the lovely treats left in the fridge for us. The location is peaceful and quiet and the accommodation is comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment, extremely clean, spacious with quality fittings. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. The location of the apartment is amazing, sea views to front and views of the nature reserve to the back. The balcony with seating was a great addition which we used every night to watch the sunset. We've stayed at quite a few places in South Devon and this was certainly the best and made for an amazing holiday. Private parking was an added bonus. Hope to be back.

Beautiful property, modern and looks exactly as the pictures. Location was perfect for my stay, walkable into both Paignton and Torquay. Becky is really friendly and was super helpful and responsive to messages. Highly recommend

Amy's cottage is just as advertised , location is perfect, right on the river beach, its easy to find, and just a short walk from train station. The shops and several little cafes , bakeries and pubs, are all within a short stroll , many are dog friendly. Amy's cottage has everything you could need and its all very clean cosy and comfortable .Amy was quick to answer my queries and gave me good directions for getting there. Thank you for a lovely seaside break , me and my little dog would love to stay again .

A stunning lodge located in an upscale part of Brixham. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need – from a great coffee selection to hot chocolate, Biscoff treats, and even a variety of water. The interiors were beautifully designed with a stylish boho vibe, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Thanks to Helen’s lovely place, I had the chance to discover Brixham – a charming, picturesque town with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

My few days at The Lair was like staying at my own home. The place was pristine, with all the amenities you require. The bed was so comfy ! So peaceful too ! I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sam for being such a great hostess. Ali

We had a wonderful few days staying at Smuggler's Cottage and exploring Brixham. The cottage is in a great location with absolutely beautiful views over the harbour from the sitting room and upstairs bedroom. It had everything we needed inside (spacious and comfy, well equipped kitchen), and a lovely outside patio, table and chairs for sitting out in the morning/evening to enjoy the views. The cottage is a short 5-minute walk from the centre of town/harbourside, either via steps or there's a step-free path. Thank you Kath - would definitely recommend and hope to return to Brixham again.

Stuart was a great host, he answered all questions within minutes. he advised when we could check in early and as was always friendly and very helpful whenever we we saw him. he has a lovely place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Another great stay at Gull’s Cry. A beautiful area, even out of season. Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a well equipped kitchen.

Serendipity is a lovely house with stunning views. Marks has designed and refurbished his house beautifully and very much with his guests in mind. The downstairs is spacious with a very large table so we as a party of nine could sit all together or in separate groups inside and outside. Well done to Mark. He is a very considerate and welcoming host.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to — they made me feel welcome right from the start. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they were always available for any questions or local tips. The flat was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — within walking distance of everything — and having a safe parking space was a huge plus. They’re truly thoughtful and attentive hosts who clearly care about their guests. The apARTment exceeded our expectations! Absolutely beautiful decor and fabulous art works throughout. Super comfortable the apartment has everything you need to an extremely high standard. We were welcomed by Simon and Theresa had made lemon drizzle cake and left a lovely welcome card and there was a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge with complimentary fresh milk and orange juice in mini school bottles too, a lovely touch. The views are stunning and the garden you have access to also down to the Summerhouse are all beautiful and a true work of love! We hope we will return again and can't recommend highly enough especially for comfort, relaxation and to truly unwind - the balcony is great for an aperitif and coffee in the morning from the Nespresso coffee maker, perfect, perfect, perfect! Really lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. Pre arrival comms from Matthew made it easy. Found it a great base for visiting Shaldon, Torbay, and a longer trip to Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth which are both beautiful. Made good use of the Bodyboards in the apartment and the weather was kind. Great pubs on the back beach as well. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. A very peaceful, private, and relaxing studio. Parking right outside, lovely walks in every direction, (less than a 10 minute walk from town)... Stunning views and plenty of history. A very friendly and accommodating host too, my girlfriend and I would definitely visit again. *****

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
