Vacation rentals with a pool in Brixham

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was larger and more beautiful than I expected - much better than the lovely pictures. Really thoughtful amenities and touches. The staff at the hotel could not have been more welcoming or accommodating and similarly with all communication via Airbnb. The food at the Cary Arms Hotel was excellent and a stones throw from the house. Beautiful beach, breathtaking views, lovely home and a short walk from local restaurants and shops. We wished we had booked for longer. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Accomodation very well described and presented, clean, description accurate, clear instructions regarding access, heating cooking ect. Everything worked, host answered questions promptly. Site facilities (mainly the outdoor pool), were found to not be open due to the season. We did feel a bit let down as on arrival 5th April 2025, we were told it would open on Monday 7th April (our last day, with us having to vacate by 10am). The pool had to be booked on the day at 9am at reception, upon arriving at reception on 7th at 9am we were told the pool was not open until 2pm... So the kids missed out....and due to this I feel the need to advise those visiting golden sands to check and open facilities with the site carefully before making any final decisions. Lovely accommodation sadly I won't re visit the site. Golden sands is also a cashless site... having drawn cash for the whole holiday it was a massive inconvenience to then have to locate a bank and restock the account at short notice.

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

We live locally but needed a place to stay whilst having renovations done. Leanne was really helpful and supportive and the caravan was perfect for our stay. We felt like we were on holiday! Lovely little holiday park and I'm sure this would be a great stay for anyone looking for holiday.

Lovely house, stunning views, a fun time for our family weekend, the walk to the beach was tougher than I expected but well worth it. We had a big problem with hot water which was on a timer which had no control over, off at 9am so only 3 out of 10 managed a hot shower, then it didn’t come on again til late afternoon, no chance of a hot shower after the hot tub, after a couple of texts the next day the boost was activated for extra hour in the morning, this needs to be thought through when there are 10 of you, also I wonder Charlotte if you could provide a couple of bar stalls, there is no way you can fit 10 around that table comfortably, however the house is in a beautiful and quiet setting and certainly had the wow factor, thank you Charlotte x

It was a fantastic cottage, perfect for a family of four. Excellent location to visit Darmouth, Salcombe, Brixham and many other beautiful places in South Devon. It was great to be able to use the facilities at the golf club and the surroundings were stunning.

We had a great time at Laura's apartment. It was not only great value for money as it is in a central location -only a couple of minutes to the pier, beach and park but also includes safe parking. Check in was simple with lock up box at the front of building and clear instructions with the code. On getting into the apartment it was spotlessly clean and had towels, bed linen and all the equipment in the kitchen you could need for the week. I also liked the fact there was a folder outlining everything you may need to know during your stay, as well as suggestions for places to visit. we went to Crealy during our stay and Torquay by train as the station was only a five minute walk and reasonably priced for a group save ticket. We would definitely stay again, although this time of year the pool is not open, the pool area is beautiful and after staying previously in another of these apartments before know it is very clean and warm.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! 4o iful apartment

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

We had an amazing few days at Caroline’s caravan and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a holiday with lots to do near by. The caravan itself was clean and had all of the amenities needed. The location was excellent as it was a stones throw from the swimming pool which pleased our oldest immensely! Caroline herself was super communicative and was easily reachable when we needed her. A fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately we only had two nights in this amazing apartment. We could have easily stayed much longer, the location and the views could not be beaten. The bed and bedding was worth noting too, so comfortable!! Thank you so much Lucy, we had a great time!

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return!
