House vacation rentals in Brighton and Hove

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Fabulous lodge with a lovely private garden in a quiet location in the park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the accommodation was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Corrina was very supportive when I had a couple of questions. Highly recommended and would happily stay there again.

Wow Wow Wow..... Enjoyed a 4night break here last week for mums 65th birthday, brought all the family which ranged from 4 - 70yrs old and we loved it! The house, the bedrooms and the gardens are beautiful! The pool is super, the kids couldn't wait to get in every morning. The older ones enjoyed the tennis courts and pool table. The kitchen was a fantastic size for us all to gather for meals and mini parties, it has everything you could possibly need. Bathrooms are well equipped with shampoo and body wash, towels and hair dryers. The lounge is cosy and there are books and games. We also enjoyed nature walks straight from the garden. Unfortunately, we didn't get round to trying out the local pub, hopefully next time! Thank you to Emma and co for warm greeting and showing us round, with clear instructions and lovely send off. Thank you to Sophie for the recommendations on local activities etc and quick responses. Highly recommend a stay at Spring Farm!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

Amazing property, the pictures describe it perfectly, if anything it’s even better in person. The owners are so lovely, we were greeted on arrival. The outdoor space is ridiculously vast, front and back. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in the UK this one is definitely the best without a doubt! We will definitely be back

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Everything that you would want a charming old farmhouse to be. multiple fireplaces, kitchen with multiple ovens, lovely garden / paths into the hills, totally quiet road. Charlotte made checkin easy and they were jsut down the road the whole weekend (although we didn't need anything from them during our stay)

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

we stayed here for my sisters hen do and WOW we loved it. the perfect place, in an amazing location very easily accessible by bus or train to the centre. the house itself it's really spacious, a special shout out to the kitchen / dining area with its disco vibes. Emma was extremely helpful and responsive. want to stay again already!

Nina and Alex were extremely helpful fom start to finish - from flexible check in and great instructions pre-arrival, help with parking and local advice, through suggesting migraine remedies (over and above) and flexible checkout. Helpful, jolly and available throughout :) The house is wonderful - three stories with sunny patio, many pleasant bedrooms and amazing amenities. Table tennis, table football, huge TV and all possible comforts in a beautifully designed family home. It's a five minute walk from the beach, and three minutes walk from a bank of shops, cafes and restaurants that served us well on day one before we started exploring, and of course after that you have all of Brighton and Hove to play with. Strong recommend :)

We had a great stay at Brett and Cheryl's place. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was an excellent location close to the beach. They were also very attentive as hosts with great communication. Would highly recommend.

Mark's house was perfect for us to visit my family in Brighton and Hove. Everywhere walkable or by bus. Great to be so close to the beach and shops. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Mark responded immediately to my messages. My granddaughter loved her bedroom at the top of the house!

Cozy little self contained house. small but has everything required. Jane was very helpful would stay again

A decent town house close to everything Brighton has to offer with the added bonus of dedicated parking. OK in off season but small courtyard garden hardly gets any sun so in summer some could be dissapointed. Had a small issue with the shower screen that led to a flooded bathroom floor. Owner quick to respond and he will fix it. We said not to worry whilst we were there and used towels tomorrow up.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille , la maison est extrêmement bien décorée et équipée. Les lits des chambres sont très confortable. La salle de bain est extrêmement propre, ce qui est très appréciable. Emma & Yvonne étaient donnent des explications très claires. Nous recommandons !

Absolutely loved our stay there. The house and gardens were lovely. Nice quiet area, easy to travel by bus to Brighton which took about 15 mins. Can't fault the place at all. Especially as traveling with my disabled son. The bedroom and bathroom for him were a massive plus and made everything so much easier. We will definitely be looking at coming back sometime!

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back again. The house is fantastic and has everything you could need. It is right in the centre of all the action but, as it is away from the road, it is very quiet. We had lovely weather while we were there and spent time sitting in the small patio garden. We didn’t have any need to contact the host while we were there but had a message from her on check in with details and the option to call her if we needed anything. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

We had a lovely time at Fred’s place! The location was great and the house was full of character. The beds were comfortable and the showers were also great. We would recommend! Would probably say it isn’t pet friendly though, just because we were worried about them knocking over things/ going upstairs/ going on the rugs and they weren’t allowed outside. Other than that perfect.

what a lovely experience, the downstairs was a superb space to spend time,lots of amenities and a lovely layout… really easy to find places to drink and eat and a nice 20 minute walk to the beach. Really comfortable and would recommend to anyone looking for a great location in Hove and we were really looked after

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It had everything we needed, was very spacious, and in a perfect location. The beach is just a short walk away, and it's very easy to get into Brighton.

Really fab house, well located in Kemptown. Short walk to the marina and easy walk into town. Also close to bus route if didn’t want to walk to town. Shops and restaurants close by too if didn’t want to go into town Kate was really responsive, flexible and helpful in booking and when checking in

Comfortable and peaceful surroundings the house is very nice and I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Brighton. Hosts are always there to help.
