A perfect seaside pad! Such a lovely space with great sea views, a short walk from St Leonard’s station & plenty of local restaurants, bars & shops to visit. Would definitely recommend booking & Caroline was a kind & helpful host.

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Place a little akward to find, need a door number on address when provided. Otherwise this is one of the best we’ve stayed in; never done an AnB before so this kid a whole new experience. Always used premiere Inn and this place came well above it.

We had a lovely stay at Jane's flat. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Good parking and access to local trains. It felt nice and private but the hosts were on hand if we needed them and weree very responsive. Some lovely thoughtful touches, it was a real home from home and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you 👍

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb on Pier Road in Littlehampton over the weekend. The location is absolutely perfect — right by the beach with stunning sea views that you can enjoy from the comfort of the living room. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It had a cozy, welcoming feel and the host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We loved how close it was to local cafes, shops, and the pier — everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful escape by the sea. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a lovely few days in Alex's house. Alex is a responsive host and very hospitable. Check in via lock box. Do read the house manual as lots of useful stuff. Cats are very sweet and well behaved. Great having driveway parking and also shops nearby. Comfortable well equipped house with loads of space.

My Mum and Dad needed a place to stay for a few months whilst they were buying a new bungalow nearby and Daryl's place was perfect for them, clean & tidy, modern not old or tired at all like some they have been in before. Daryl was a great host and even found them some table and chairs and additional requirements they needed. Very pleasant stay whils their conveyancing was going through and everything worked out perfectly, thanks Daryl ! Recommended.

We had a fabulous few days staying at Talita's stunning home. The house is more spacious than the photos suggest and the garden was lovely to relax in. The location worked well for us as a family, as we could relax in the house and walk to restaurants overlooking the sea. For more exciting activities located in Brighton, the buses were a short walk away and frequent and convenient. One tip I would suggest is booking a private parking space so you don't have to worry about paying and moving the car. Transport is easy to use and takes the stress out of travelling. Hopefully we will be able to return one day!

From the moment we were enthusiastically welcomed at the door by Calypso, we knew we were going to have a happy week in Portslade. Both cats were very friendly and affectionate with all of us, making it a home from home for a family of four with two small boys. The home offers plenty of room for a getaway and has all the amenities you'd normally need if you were at home. Our elder son appreciated having a climbing frame in his room too! The pub next door was missing some of its fencing while we were staying, which removed a bit of privacy from the back garden, but thankfully when we were indoors we didn't notice any of the noise or smoke from the beer garden unless we had the back windows open. Our boys loved having open access to football pitches behind the pub. Parking was usually ok nearby but we struggled for a space one evening when there was a big event at the nearby Hindu temple. Bus and train connections into places like Brighton, Hove and Worthing were excellent.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Can’t fault anything about our stay. Great communications from time of booking throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described. Location perfect to visit our friends. House was extremely comfortable with everything we needed and an amazing garden for morning coffee. Will love to stay here again when we next visit our friends.

Another great stay here, the house is lovely and spacious with everything we needed. Julie is so friendly and easy to communicate with, she left us welcome gift and note on our arrival which was a really nice gesture. The garden is beautiful and a real sun trap. Fiona’s property was possibly one of the best we’ve stayed at. Aside from the usual things, there were cool ‘little touches’ that added to the overall feel. Big enough for our team to get breakfast and do a quick meeting in the courtyard before heading to work The Great Escape festival. Overall a very very cool location

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

Jules was a lovely, friendly, responsive host, who welcomed me with the most delicious vegan chocolate cake and fresh strawberries. The Annex looks brand new, is squeaky clean, and spacious. Hot shower with good pressure and comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for basic supplies as well as utensils. Decor is tasteful. Lots of windows and light overlooking a lush green garden. Very private with its own entrance, separate from main house. Convenient parking.

We had a fantastic stay. We’ve been visiting family in Lindford for years without any idea there was such a hidden gem near by. The annex was within walking distance of our family and was nice that there was a private entrance so we didn’t disturb our hosts. Our hosts gave us really detailed instructions to find the place and the annex was super clean and very comfortable. We would definitely book again next time we visit!

Had a great couple of days in this wonderful flat. Perfect for a nice walk into the City and for the reason we visited Goodwood races. Marek has a wonderful flat and wouldn't hesitate in booking again. Worth every penny. The only negative we had to leave to come home when would have loved to stay longer. Thanks again. Great location. You can't get more central to Chichester The most perfect view of the cathedral. The kitchen was stocked with milk, tea and coffee. The parking was a 5 minute short walk away - you can drop off your luggage via the loading bay - this was hard to find at night [clearer direction helpful have been helpful].
