Comfortable bed, I worked from the bedroom and desk there all week, good internet connection and reliable. Less than 10 minute walk to Cleveland Circle, and the B, C and D Green lines. Good Chinese restaurant, a chipotle, a Cafe Landwer (really good Mediterranean food), bar/pub/(brunch on weekends) place and a couple of other establishments at Cleveland Circle, including a 7-11, convenience store and liquor store, easy and short ride on the C line to Coolidge Corner which has a multiplex, Trader Joe's , bars, Indian and other restaurants. The other guests were chill, polite and friendly. And there's a good walking path around the reservoir, which is right across the street.

Like others' recommendation, Anna is such a warm hearted and knowledgable host. She will always care about you, good at communication while keep certain privacy. She will prepare you coffee and tea and cookie in the morning. Her house is very clean located at beautiful, peaceful and safe neighborhood with direct bus stop nearby. She help make my BM trip so easy and I will defenitely book again in the future and recommend to others.

Please do not hesistate to book this place! Anna was amazing and welcomed us into her home with open arms. Room was super comfy and provided us with all the amenities and went above and beyond! Will be booking again when we’re back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamara’s house. We arrived very late at night and everything is ready for us. We are a family of five and we do quite a bit of cooking. We got everything we needed from the house, saved us time and money. Highly recommend this house to everyone visiting the Boston/Newton area.

I have stayed at quite a few Airbandbs and Anna's place is the best of all of them---quietest, best value for the cost, and nicest, most responsive host. I slept really well, which was important to me because I had a big race to run the next day. Anna is a charming host who was eager to help me with my every need. The place was spotless and everything was as good or better than expected. I would definitely go again, the next time I'm in this area. The location is great for doing all sorts of cultural and outdoor activities.

I want to mention how helpful Philip and his family were. I was stranded and required a place to stay around 5 AM. Philip was very quick to respond and his family was surprisingly accommodating in the very early hours of the morning without even being given more than 20 minutes notice. Even when I thought I had to bite the bullet and pay for two full nights when it was only a day and a half, Philip gave me a special offer that was very fair. I am very happy with the stay.
