We had a wonderful stay at Robin's place... like home away from home. Very comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen for those who love to cook. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with all essential and then some! You'll love this place! Thanks so much Robin! I'm sure we'll be back!!

Sharon was extremely friendly! She went out of her way to find breakfast pastries for my food allergies! Super sweet! Wonderful space, private room and bathroom. We felt very at home and loved the neighborhood. Lovely drive to nearby areas like Newburyport and Salem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home.

I really enjoyed Rajib's place. Just to get it out of the way, the shower in the bathroom is the nicest once I've ever used - skylights with houseplants around - honestly forgot where I was for a few minutes, because it really feels like you're at a resort. Rajib's house is a cosy Victorian on the corner of two cross-streets, has lots of trees and greenery around, is in a nice-quiet neighborhood, and is accessible to the city via the T (shoutout Green Line Extension). It felt like home. There was just the right amount of communication (some hosts inundate you with information), so it was refreshing for everything to be short and to the point. Pippy, the resident house dog, was also very sweet - and sometimes followed me around when I was the only one home at the time.

Grace the owner was very nice. The house was magnificent if you appreciate Victorian architecture. But the first night our room was very hot and it seemed like there was no air conditioning. Other wise, it was perfect!

Marie's organization actually books this home for Grace, the host. Grace runs an "old fashioned" bnb, with a friendly greeting as you arrive and a light breakfast featuring fresh breakfast breads and her homemade granola. We loved staying with Grace! We had plenty of privacy, a comfortable and quiet room, a private parking spot and key to come and go as we pleased. Her home is clean and safe. Grace is not intrusive at all, but she was gracious and helpful with any advice we needed during our stay. We picked exactly the right place for a perfect vacation.

A+. This place is why I come to Airbnb: unique, immersive, and full of character. I stayed in the Witches Dorm, and it felt like part of the adventure, not just a place to sleep. The decor was rich and authentic, and the common room was so cozy I spent hours writing and reading there. The 2 twin beds were comfy (even for a 6'1" guest.) Hope, the host, is fascinating and has some amazing stories, but also totally respects your space. She keeps the common area well-stocked with snacks, coffee, and drinks, which made mornings and late nights easy. Uber was always available and affordable (~$6–10), making it easy to get around if you don’t feel like walking the scenic 25–30 mins to downtown. The walk downtown can be super varied tho—walking along the coastline one day, thru a park the next, and a myriad of ways down tiny New England streets w cute houses all about the same travel time. My first time in Salem. Felt safe at all hours. Would absolutely stay at this property again. A+

Caroline is a wonderful host and the house is beautiful! She made us breakfast of our choice every morning and gave us many great suggestions. We also loved the location, it's a short bus ride to Harvard Square and transportation into the city. It is also walkable to a bodega and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at Rita’s place! The room was spotless and cozy, and the breakfast she served was absolutely delicious. But what truly made the stay special was Rita herself. She’s warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I felt completely at home, and I’m so grateful for her kindness. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely loved my stay and the home was full of so much character and charm! Most of all, I enjoyed our chats. I hope to be back soon!

Kate was very friendly and responded quickly to texts/questions. She knows the area well, gave good recommendations for restaurants, etc and even drove us a couple times when it was raining. We were here for a graduation and were perfectly located close to BC and the law campus. The house and gardens were beautiful.

Marshall and Courtney have curated a hip, comfortable, and immaculate space that is a joy to spend time in. Addison Choate is nestled in an adorable walkable beach town that is an easy trip from Boston. We had a fantastic time, and will be sure to be back!

Very timely response once I booked. Someone was waiting outside at night and helped my daughter and I bring in our bags and gave us a tour and let us know some very helpful travel hints to Salem. Would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Natalie’s place. Not only is she a nice host, she is extremely responsive. The self check in made it easy to get in. I saw Natalie on my way out. She graciously offered me breakfast. Sadly I declined because I was in a rush to get to an appointment. I recommend her place!

Staying with Myra is like visiting a great old friend in an incredibly warm and pleasant home located in a terrific part of town. Loved my stay and would absolutely return…and probably will.

Had a great stay! Would 1,000% book again! Judi is good people! Super chill vibe! If I lived locally, I’d totally swoop her up for regular Sunday brunches and antique shopping! The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s MUCH larger (and nicer) than expected! Two suggestions - A table top dimmable makeup mirror to add to the already well stocked and awesome options. A keyless entry for the bottom door once a guest has exited the unit. …not a complaint, however it would take an “A” experience to an “A+”!!! Note: If you have mobility issues, the stairs are a bit steep, but my 78 year old mom handled them like a (retired) champ!! Overall, one of my best Airbnb experiences! 10/10!!

Very nice place to stay in a beautiful city. Candace is a 4th generation Bostonian and retired educator so she can really tell what to do and see in the area and how to get around. Breakfast was always great with fresh yogurt, fruit, croissants, juice and coffee. Room was cozy with a queen size bed now and a clean private bedroom. Highly recommended for your visit to the Boston area!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to such a considerate and thoughtful host. It truly felt like we were visiting an old friend’s home—the crib and toys thoughtfully set up for our toddler made us feel instantly at ease, and the fresh fruit and pastries waiting for us at check-in were a lovely touch. Örs was warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. The location itself is stunning and couldn’t have been more perfect. We left feeling relaxed and grateful—highly recommend!

Jodi was a great host, we felt right at home from the second we walked in. Her home was so clean and beautiful. She had everything we could have needed and made an amazing breakfast in the morning, that we enjoyed outside by the fire. We will be staying with her again such a beautiful town.

I had a great stay at Peter and Jean’s place. They are friendly hosts who respect your privacy, which made the experience feel relaxed and comfortable. The room was pleasant—bright with the shades up, and nicely dark when the shades were down to block out sunlight. The community is lovely and peaceful—perfect for a walk or just enjoying the calm atmosphere. Car parking was easy, which made coming and going stress-free. Jean was especially helpful and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a peaceful and positive experience. I would recommend their place to others.

We absolutely adored the Rajah Room. It was a beautiful space to stay for our one night in Salem and we would definitely book again in the future!

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

The place was cozy and comfortable. I slept soundly in the very “comfie” bed. I appreciated the ability to come and go as I pleased without any time restrictions as I was visiting family and would come in very late at night. Most of the weekend stay, I had the house to myself. Even when in the house with everyone present, I still felt free to move about the house and that really made a difference. The bathroom/restroom is small but fully equipped with everything I needed and the shower was perfect (water pressure, heat, etc). From the beginning and throughout the entire stay, Rob would say in his messages “welcome home” and truly, that’s what I felt for the entire trip and experience. I highly suggest staying here. They are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything to make someone feel like their space is your space. For that, I’m so grateful.

Overall this was a very pleasant stay in a quiet location, close to restaurants and other needed services. When I come back to this area I would like to stay here again. It is a clean, comfortable, welcoming home. Also, even though I did not use it this time, convenient quick rail transportation into downtown Boston is located a 5 minute or less walk from the b an b.
