Monthly Rentals in Borbotó

Fantastic place. The apartment was everything I had hoped for. I rated the location a bit lower because there is not much around but I was looking for that and am happy with taking the bus (which was convenient but not always regular) into Valencia for day trips. The terrace was fantastic and I could have only wished for better weather to enjoy it more. Clearly that is is no one's fault. Marien helped me out quickly with messaging and was polite when I confused the instructions (totally my fault). I would love to have a place like that in Spain. So spacious and airy. I wake much earlier than my partner so a fantastic change from a hotel room where I need to be so careful about not waking him while in the same room. Kitchen was also fantastic and a large supermarket right around the corner.

Raquel’s loft was really spectacular, all my friends were jealous when they saw the photos. And yes, it’s exactly like the pictures. The huge windows are amazing, and in the distance you can see the blue of the Mediterranean. The area is great, a short walk to groceries, restaurants and a very nice shopping center. If you have a bike, the beach is an easy 20 minute ride away, and most everything in town is 10-20 minutes away by bike. If you like soccer, you can go next door and catch a Levante UD game, so cool! The loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Raquel is an exceptional host. She is very quick to reply if you have any questions. She is kind and very nice and really cares about her guests. Literally there’s nothing negative to say about the loft! An interesting fact, Raquel painted some of the murals in the apartment. Also, she has a post card rack that I was sorry that I didn’t take any postcards from my home town to add to.

We were at home. The location allowed us to get in and out of Valencia capital quickly and with public transport to be able to move around the city while our car was in the parking lot of the apartment. The area has 2 small shopping centers where you can eat and buy. Raquel was responsive to our needs and facilitated a very pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. The only thing we missed was a microwave. We will repeat without hesitation. Thanks to everything, Raquel.
