Lakes, rivers, creeks and hiking trails are nearby, as well as skiing, cave exploring and even rip- lines for a special thrill. Tweetsie Railroad is just 15 minutes away. Appalachian University is just 10minutes away. There are many wonderful restaurants too.

Beautiful cottage with gorgeous mountain views and bordered by a trout stocked branch of the East/South Fork New River near Parkway in Boone! Located within 5 minutes of Boone Golf Course, restaurants, shopping and Appalachian State University. Our cottage offers 2 spacious bedrooms with tvs, a laundry room and 1 bathroom. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided.
