Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Boone

Perfect place! Was looking for a rental that was not up a mountain. Had to be "flat", close to App state and King street/restaurants. East King is seconds from King Street/App State. Flat parking pad. No steps into the back door. Easy to retrieve key. Spotless. My parents stayed at a nearby hotel (used their points) and we had a wonderful weekend showing them all over Boone and the area and had a wonderful time at the house to celebrate both our daughter's birthdays and Easter. Location, location location! Super convenient- we would absolutely rent here again! Owner was almost instantly responsive and very helpful.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience and it could not have been better. Carl & son were waiting outside @ 8:45pm. Thorough tour & instructions. Very nice people. Clean, private property. Well equipped. Instant hot water. Hot tub, grill, 2 AC units. Everything worked perfectly. I was surprised to find a stocked fridge with eggs, milk, ,bread, various cereals, snacks, peanut butter, jam, several flavors of coffee.A basket full of packets of condiments.

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

This house was amazing, me and my family wanted to get away from the city for the weekend and this was a great place to stay at, it was very peaceful. we definitely would book again!

We loved the home. The weather was iffy with the winter storm coming in and we had to leave a day early. But that’s not her fault!!! The cleaning could have been better; especially the tops of furniture. And the water took forever to heat up in the master bath…all in all it was a great place in a great location. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Views are beautiful in the snow!

We visited for President’s Day weekend and had a lovely stay with our elementary age kids. Check in was very straightforward. The house was well equipped and spotless with tons of space, including a mudroom, a functional fridge with ice/water dispenser and a garbage disposal, things I’ve found are often lacking in Airbnbs. Further, we really appreciated the coffee bar and separate bowls for our Frenchie - very thoughtful! My kids loved using the big master tub, and my husband and I are always pleased to see double vanities. Beds were comfortable with lots of extra linens available. The host was super responsive. It snowed while we were there and we were able to navigate the driveway without an issue. Lastly, a functional 2 car garage with garage door openers! So valuable in freezing/snowy weather. All around a great house for a family vacation.

Bridget is a great host. She responds quickly for all your needs. Home was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Beds are clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back on my next trip!

Beautiful cabin by a beautiful river with some of the clearest water I’ve seen! This place had everything we wanted and needed to make our long weekend perfect. The beds are so comfy and we loved the homey touches like the cozy throw blankets and nice outdoor furniture. The kitchen is stocked well and is a great size for a larger group. The location is awesome, it’s private but not too far from shops and restaurants, PLUS a quick drive to the blue ridge parkway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amy and her husband are very friendly. It’s a very peaceful place as I lived in South Carolina and I travel up here to work for the time being I love studying at her place. This is the second week that I stayed. I will be staying there more. I enjoyed myself very friendly to talk to and she makes beautiful pottery, but as her place it’s sparkly clean very comfortable and warm and there is a local sushi restaurant and a pizzeria that I ate at that I haven’t enjoyed and will visit again.

Highly enjoyed my mountain stay! The view was spectacular, the driveway was bit rockery than anticipated but my Toyota Camry made it up fine! It was very clean and cozy! The hosts did an amazing job at communicating and accommodating our stay. The guest book was adorable and full of fun recommendations of activities to do. I really loved it here, will happily visit this same property on my next stay!! worth the money and the view!! Thanks again!!

Great place to stay and very quiet. It had everything I needed. Clear check-in instructions, and it was easy to come and go without the host needing to be there. Very clean! I will stay there again when in town.

2nd time staying here and loved it just as much! They take so much time to make sure it’s as cozy as possible with extra blankets, fans, or space heaters. Little things like this make all the difference! Will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was spectacular, the area was peaceful, and it was close to lots of things to do. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed for the stay. I enjoyed the decor and I felt comfortable and right at home when relaxing in the space. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

Great location to hit the AT. Great hospitality and his wife makes THE BEST cookies! Great place to stay if you are on the trail or just in the area on vacation.

Edwin’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and my fiancé. Super close to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. The host also recommended great places to rent gear, etc. We loved it and would recommend their place if you’re looking for a place to stay close to the ski resort!!

Peaceful and tranquil stay on a beautiful spot of the South Holston river. Comfortably slept 3 adults. Nice fire pit and grill area for evenings outside next to the river.

Our stay in SkyView cabin was absolutely delightful! It is off the beaten path, on a gravel road, on a hillside with stunning views. The setting is serene and peaceful, with little traffic or noise. Yet it is within 15 minutes of delightful West Jefferson with a variety of restaurants and activities. The cabin is a brilliant blend of rustic rough cut walls and a quirky layout-but it is filled with refined and sophisticated furniture and a clever use of space and modern features. There are ample outdoor options to sit and relax and take in the view of rolling hills and glorious sunrises. Mark was an exceptional host, with clear communication as to the arrival and use of the cabin. SkyView in Crumpler, is a fantastic find if you need a place to hit the pause button and unwind for a few days. Definitely on our list of return rentals!

We had a great time here!! A beautiful little cabin with all the amenities needed for a stay. Very responsive host and friendly. Loved having a private hot tub surrounded by trees to relax in and a great spot to view some stars. We dined for breakfast at Louise’s Famous Rockhouse right down the street and highly highly recommend. Best biscuits ever had! We loved our visit to Newland!

It was a very cute and cozy place. Hot tub was amazing, very well furnished great for a couple get away.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at Kendall's home. It was clean, peaceful, and had everything we could have hoped for in a mountain setting.

Beautiful surroundings, a creek rushing by and plenty of decks to appreciate it! We wanted for nothing with plenty of linens and a full kitchen. Tread carefully on the rocky, uneven walk to the hot tub, especially if it's wet!

We have never stayed at an Air BNB before. This was a great first experience! We loved staying here for our kids spring break. The boys loved the game room downstairs. It was close to Boone and Blowing Rock and lots to do. The directions were very organized. Lauren checked to see how we were doing. I would definitely recommend!
