Beautiful villa in a quiet location that is close to all locations. The pool and garden were great. All communication was excellent and we really appreciated Sandro being able to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight being delay. We would definitely choose this villa again in the future.

We had a truly perfect two week stay at Emma’s villa! The place is even more beautiful than the photos in the listing and the property has everything you need to have a fantastic and relaxing family holiday! Emma and her father were so welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay and the tips on where to visit are brilliant. We will plan to return for another holiday in the future!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Walter's home is a wonderful oasis for all who appreciate peace and nature! The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste, it has everything you need to feel immediately comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace, the winter garden with the beautiful view of the countryside! Since the described access goes down the slope over hill and dale, travel bags are definitely the right choice and not for guests with limited mobility. Dear Walter, also in this way a big thank you for the hospitality, also the fast and nice communication. Glad to come back!

Was sorry to leave. Super entertaining to sit on terrace and watch people go by below. Tastefully decorated, books to read. Fabulous water pressure in shower. Fully equipped to make simple meals. Nice to have the little things, like foil, extra garbage bags, paper towels, etc. Do close shutters at night to keep out bright exterior lights. Wake up and open to experience the street waking up! A fantastic location. To do different activities. Very many are a short distance away. Nice real French villages with authentic features. Friendly French people who also speak English and are willing to do so. The apartment is more than complete. Equipped with all comforts, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a set of towels/ bath towels waiting for you. A private parking space on the premises within the gate and a private entrance to the apartment. The apartment is very private in relation to the residents. And the use of the swimming pool is fantastic. We were there in June 2025, it was 30 degrees and so we made a lot of use of the (heated) swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the flowers smell wonderful. Beautiful view, which is completely unobstructed. The reception is warm, lots of explanations and a glass of rosé can be poured immediately. A cold bottle awaits you upon arrival. Friendly and helpful family. Certainly subject to repetition.

Very nice apartment, it had everything you needed and even more. We felt very comfortable. The place is very quiet and beautiful.

We had the best time staying right in the heart of St. Paul de Vence! The home was clean and spacious and we really appreciated the washing machine for laundry and the air conditioning since it was extremely hot the day we were there. Thank you Amandine for such a wonderful stay!

I still can’t believe my luck finding this place! The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly need - including extra blankets, beach towels provided, and a well stocked kitchen. And the view out the window is absolutely stunning! The restaurants in the village square were great, and the Renoir museum is close by and a must-see. I hope to be back one day!

Veronika is a truly welcoming hostess and her apartment is an oasis of calm and serenity with an incredibly comfy bed. Everything was as described and the apartment had everything I needed. Veronika's responses were always quick and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this listing to anyone wishing to spend a little time in beautiful Antibes.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. We had a wonderful week with Marie-Jo in her apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every one magical!! The apartment is a 45-55 minute walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. However, there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for €10 a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
