I stayed in this house with my wife and two daughters in a quiet, peaceful and decent neighborhood. The host welcomed us very nicely, answered our questions quickly before and after we arrived at the house, and did everything necessary to meet our demands. The house had its own parking lot, the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed. Everything was attentive and tidy, with a welcome basket, carefully prepared beds, clean towels placed on them and personal care sets in a bag. In summary, we were very pleased, we recommend everyone to stay in this house with peace of mind. Thanks for everything...

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

Amazing place, we felt right at home from the very beginning. The location is great, overlooking the bay. The house is super equipped, one finds absolutely anything needed for a lovely stay. The pool is a great feature as well. Brandon is very friendly and provides all the needed information. The description was very accurate. Overall, an amazing stay, we highly recommend it.

The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. We were very well received with a bottle of wine and some local products. Fabienne was very attentive to us, good communication and discreet. The villa was very clean and pleasant to stay in with its swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Small touches like a few coffee capsules and a few board games are always appreciated. The villa is on a small hill that will warm your calf and even more if you want to go to the small village of Callas on foot, you will need to arm yourself with good shoes but once you get there the village is sublime with its supermarket, a few restaurants, cafe, pmu and its bakery enough to easily stock up. Thank you so much for everything! We had a great time!

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

A peaceful haven where the quality of the services, the originality of the decor and the smile and kindness of the staff are a real pleasure. We had chosen a lodge and we loved it, we opted for the private spa of the hotel and we never remember having enjoyed such a spacious spa, we dined on site and we enjoyed ourselves, we had breakfast on the terrace in the sun and everything was worthy of the most beautiful palaces, and we could enjoy the pool under beautiful sun and great blue sky, everything was perfect! Bravo and thank you to Jonathan that we met several times and who seemed to be attentive to everyone and inquire about the well-being of all, and a little nod to Maguy who put all his professionalism and smile at the service of the dinner to satisfy everyone when the room was full. Thank you so much everyone, we will introduce this magical place to our friends and we will be back!
