The Haven apartment of Cicada properties is located in a remote place that is easily reachable via an unpaved road. It is surrounded by wonderfully smelling coffee plants. It is the most peaceful place to wake up, walk around and play board games. The breakfast consists of plenty of different south Indian dishes. The dinner menu is extensive enough to vary every day. The quality and quantity of the food are great. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place to stay. Would 100% recommend!

Our stay at Aaron's place went smooth. The house has all amenities to do a smooth workation. Internet speed upto 100Mbps, inverter power backup for entire home and a kitchenette to cook small meals. The place is spacious, beautiful, clean and part of a 50acre estate. Having your own vehicle is needed to roam around, visit the town or sightseeing. There are a few small cafes and Aaron helps out with food delivery menus to order food from. Aaron had been a super host, quick to respond, and helped us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

It's a must visit for all travellers who love good scenic views, everything the host gave was comfortable, the one thing we wish we did next time is have a staycation there for more days, we were saddened with the thought of leaving soon, it's a place to be visited for at least around 6-7 days

This place is nothing but another home. It has everything one needs especially if you're traveling with a kiddo. Outstanding thing has been about Nishith been really accomodating and is flexible with check-ins and check-outs. The home is at a uphill road but easily accessible. It has a kitchen with all the utensils and basic groceries one would need but if someone's not in a mood to cook, they would have to travel a km to a close by restaurant or grocery store. The house can easily accommodate 6-7 people and is right beside a coffee plantation. There's a dedicated car parking available inside the premises. The only sour point that I felt and it's easily fixable is there's only 1 water geyser for a bathroom. The other one runs on cold water. It will be a bit difficult when there's a full-house in a rainy or winter season.
