Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bexhill

Just got home from a couple of nights stay at Jason's fab holiday home. Exactly as described, very stylish, very comfortable & with the added bonus of a welcome pack. Only a short drive from Eastbourne seafront & Pier & very close to the Harbour too, spoilt for choice of things to do & see. Jason is an excellent & generous host, communication was spot on and very easy & it was also great to meet him. Thank you for letting us stay, I'm pretty sure we'll be back time & time again.

-the cottage is exactly like what is shown in the pictures. - it is first time for me to stay in this kind of cottage, its a bit historic and interesting -the different rooms are on different floors, so expect flights of stairs, it is also communicated, so fine with us. -the location is between two towns (st leonard and hasting old town), it is easy walk to Hasting old town -the place is lovely, I would recommend it

Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

Really enjoyed our couple of days away, shame the weather wasn’t better but the house is a great place to hang out and relax. Even on a rainy day it was light and airy. The garden and surrounding countryside is beautiful with wonderful views. Beds and bedding all very comfortable and easy parking. I’m looking forward to returning!

Tracy & Marks property was very spacious and just what we needed for a weekend get away with our friends and their families. We traveled with 3 children under 2 and luckily Tracy & Mark were very kind and flexible with our check in to work around nap/ feeding times which was a real help. The house itself has everything you need in the kitchen, which looks out onto a lovely garden, the dining room next door was very big and a great place for cooking group dinners, the lounge included a small pool table and a darts board, they also had a great selection of board games. The location is just a 4 minute drive from the beach front in Hastings, which had some great shops, & really lovely places to grab a bite to eat and drink. We had a fantastic stay, thank you both!

Thank so much for a wonderful stay - my son turned 10 and we had the best time playing table football, enjoying the games room, even a swim or two. What a lovely place you have. We hope to return. Thanks again.

Beekeepers Cottage is a lovely and cosy little place to stay. Comfortable and with everything you need. Such a beautiful area to explore and this is the perfect base. Amanda is so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

This little treasure was quite lovely. location is in the middle of it all Spectacular for town walks, beach access, and shocking how quiet and private it was. I would live here spot on, beautiful in everyway, art meets garden complete... a Morris touch. Detailed, cosy and well put together, love the garden being a step up from the apartment, brings light to the basement with a pretty view. everything you need plus a slice of luxury and country cottage feel. comfy bed and very decent shower plus snug on a chilly evening. Good functional amenities made the whole experience a joy with a friendly host as well

Such a cute little nook set in a gorgeous private garden with easy access to the beach …what’s not to love ! The pictures don’t do the space justice and we had everything we needed for a great visit to the area ! John was warm and welcoming and provided great information for places to eat ….and a great parking space for our car! The tete-a-tete on the beach provided an easy place to watch the water without needing to drag chairs ! Despite its being a favorite for dog lovers (according to previous reviews) the property is spotless with no trace of canine visitors!!! We appreciated that!!! We loved our stay !!!

Very nice little apartment in a fantastic central location. The afternoon sunshine on the balcony was lovely. Pay attention to the height warning! It was fine for me and my daughter, both 5 ft 6, but much taller would have been tricky.

We had a really wonderful time staying at Louise’s place. It’s super cosy and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space is stunning, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to make full use of it this time. Louise was such a helpful and welcoming host, which made everything stress-free. We’re already planning to come back when it’s a bit warmer!

The whole experience from booking 'Studio Acorn' to staying at Jo's place was effortless. She was an amazing host who communicated everything. We loved how clean and quiet the place was and how everything was catered for. It was a wonderful escape from our busy life, and all the food recommendations were top notch. We experienced some great times whilst there and I will miss sitting on her sofa of an evening reading my book ! I would not hesitate to stay again as myself and my husband had a super time at Studio Acorn. A great base for many an adventure too. Thank you again Jo. X

Stayed with a one year old and found everything great - amazing views, clean and quiet with off road parking, easy 5 seconds walk to the beach and close to lots of things to do.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Great apartment that’s 5 minutes walk from the seafront and the centre of St Leonard’s. Very nicely appointed and very comfortable. I recommend!

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Thank you Alison for being such a gracious hostess

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

I had the most wonderful stay in Carla’s beautiful annexe. The location is incredible. Being able to sit at the end of the garden in the mornings watching the sea was so wonderful. It was just so peaceful and tranquil and was exactly what I needed! Plus you can be on the beach in 2 mins. The Annexe itself was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean and no details had been overlooked. Really comfy sofa and bed and beautifully furnished. Carla was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. All in all this was a perfect stay for a short break away from the business of life. I would definitely return when I am looking for some time to myself. Thank you so much Carla for your hospitality 🙏🏻🥰

Fabulous appartement with superb sea view. Excellent host, always responsive. The only downside was that we found the local neighbourhood less attractive than expected, but it can be a good outpost to explore for example Rye, Battle and Brighton. (There's a lovely sandy beach near Rye in a town/village called Camber, but beware of seagulls if you picnic, which you must because the quality of the local shops on the beach is terrible.)

Kimberley was an excellent host, extremely responsive and so helpful and understanding. she gave lots of tips for the area and the property is in the very centre of Hastings, right on the seafront and next to old town. This does come with slight noise that you would expect being on a main road, but the property is really funky and unique inside - love the decor and location. perfect Hastings get away - visit the fire fields!

This little house suited very well for our needs. The host was very helpful and friendly. This house lies close to the train station and it is not fare to the sea.
