The flat was homely and cosy with everything you need. Caroline was a great host, she is very friendly, honest and attentive. She even gave some fresh hydrangeas which were lovely and nice to have on the windowsill. Me and my partner came down for my birthday to explore and get some peace and quite. Highly recommended the hike up to the top of Beachy Head cliff and the local Thai restaurant was divine. The walk to the beach front is just round the corner, town centre is also walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs.

We had a great stay. I chose the place for the view and wasn't disappointed. The flat is well appointed and a great place to walk along the sea front. We relaxed in the lounge as a family in the evenings. There is on street parking outside the property where you can park for free. We used the nearby train station rather than walk to the old town in Hastings but there were also plenty of buses.

Cassie’s place was just like the pictures, in a great location and clean and comfortable. Cassie was quick to respond and helpful in reply.

The kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals when we weren’t out exploring. The apartment also had two modern bathrooms, which was a real bonus and made everything feel that much more comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super smooth and straightforward, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic for sightseeing—we visited Hastings Country Park, Battle, and Bexhill-On-Sea, all of which were easy to get to. It was also great having eateries right nearby; we enjoyed delicious meals at Half Man Half Burger and the pizza place next door. Thanks again for a wonderful stay—we’d definitely return

This apartment is superbly located in a lovely town full of charming pubs, cafes, bakeries, boutique shops, and restaurants—all just a short walk away. We enjoyed being able to pop down the road for delicious coffees to bring back and savour. The apartment itself had great exposed beams, and we found the bathroom and kitchen excellent. The bedrooms were a bit smaller than we expected, with limited storage and slightly compact beds, but the premium location and historic charm of the building made up for it. If you're heading to the beach, we recommend Winchelsea over Camber.

We had such a lovely time at Jess’s. The apartment was perfect with so many thoughtful touches including eye masks, milks in the fridge, lots of teas and coffees and a huge assortment of toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed as well to make a nice breakfast etc. The apartment is surrounded by fields and has stunning views of the countryside around including their little chicken house and the goats in the field. It’s really a perfect little gem to enjoy the beautiful Sussex countryside from. We would love to stay again!

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

The apartment has the best sea views we have ever encountered. Very quiet and well located for all local amenities.

I stayed with a couple of friends at Simon and Paulas place. We had such a lovely stay. The flat was beautiful and had everything we needed. Jessica the cat made our stay even better :). Thank you for a great stay!

This place was better than the photos. The location was very close to the station, the centre and a quick walk down to the seafront. Everything was in order. We stayed in the bedroom nearest the front door, very comfy bed and although you could hear the bar downstairs, it didn't disturb us one bit. The seagulls in the morning was another thing! But being by the sea you get used to them. Sophie's place and hospitality was great! Definitely check out the bar below - great cocktails!

Great to find somewhere to relax in, especially in the back garden when it was warm and sunny. Much quieter than I anticipated, as the accommodation is at the back of the property. Note that this is quite a hilly area! Waitrose is a 3 minute walk, so great for food in a hurry! Nice hosts, which makes everything so much nicer!

A very cute flat full of vibes. Antique style furniture, french style posters, well decorated, quirky, comfy, clean. It is right in the heart of the old city, next to restaurants, pubs, shops and bars, and next to the seaside so seagulls. It is not exactly a quiet place to stay, but you are here because you have the city and sea on your doorstep, not because you want a quiet getaway. Parking is in a public car park in front of the sea. We had no trouble finding parking, but if you arrive in the morning/day it might be more tricky. Its not right outside the flat, so you may have to make a couple trips if you have a lot of luggage. We met Jane on the doorstep, her friendly nature shines through all communication. Good instructions for using the space, all easy to use. Nice welcome touches as well. An all around great stay.

Victoria's flat was lovely. It was very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully kitted out. The real gem is the balcony with fantastic views over the sea. Absolutely wonderful for an early morning coffee watching the sunrise. The flat is on the top floor (as we knew from Victoria's accurate description) so there are a good few stairs but well worth it for the peace and the great views! Great location a few mins stroll to the beach and very easy walking distance to great pubs and restaurants. The Horse and Groom pub is an absolute gem. We loved Victoria's flat and will be booking again for sure. 👍

Lovely little property in an excellent location - perfect for our weekend trip to St Leonards. Chris was always quick to respond, and although we didn’t need to contact him during our stay, I’m sure he would have been very helpful if we had. We’d certainly return. Thanks again! (The bed was also super comfy.)

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

This was a fantastic airbnb and we'd definitely recommend. The bedroom was lovely, we slept very well, and the alway-on hot tub was a treat. Very minor points to improve for future guests - the WiFi instructions were out of date and the shower gel container empty

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay, and the house had everything we needed! lovely on the inside and perfectly located in eastbourne, just a short walk from the sea!

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.
