I had a really wonderful 7 weeks and 4 days at Lisa and Lee's first floor apartment in St Leonards-on-Sea, overlooking Warrior Square Gardens, with a lovely sea view from the lounge and balcony. On arrival, Lisa and Lee warmly greeted me and showed me around. Everything was clean and tidy, beautifully decorated, with a very cozy and comfortable feel. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the sea front. A very memorable stay and I'm definately looking forward to returning soon. such lovely view right on the beach. lots of little extras like wine crisp milk bread eggs cereal and much more. john and Isabelle who live nextdoor are really friendly and interesting to chat to. Great pub The Star Inn down the road. Good food reasonably priced. well located for trips to Hastings and Eastbourn. will book again

We had another wonderful stay at Jake and Louise's apartment. Its the most tranquil space we've ever stayed in. Its beautifully immaculate, stylishly decorated and extremely comfortable. Markwick Terrace is stunning and a walk away front the seafront and all of the things St Leonards has to offer. We're hoping that we get to stay there again soon.

We had a lovely stay at this lovely 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the sea. The photos were accurate and the view was just as stunning in person. As a family of four, we really appreciated the space—the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful, always quick to reply to any messages. Although the weather wasn’t great during our visit, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—if anything, it’s a good excuse to come back and enjoy it again in better weather!

Lovely place to stay would recommend. It was so nice to be a quick walk from the pier and the place was just like it was described as well as very easy to get in with no hassle.

A lovely spotlessly clean and tidy flat (up three flights of stairs), with lovely sunny living room /kitchenette with everything you need and a tv system that resets itself so you can add your channels without worry. 5 mins walk to train station and easy access to flat. The bedroom is lovely and shady with great views over St Leonards to the sea. Binoculars were a fun touch! A quick walk downhill into St Leonards. The flat is round the corner from the very hip Kings road with lots of cafes, restaurants, antique and quirky shops (i really recommend Dandelion cafe). Great walks around the St Leonards area with amazing buildings (if like me you're into architecture) and around 15 min stroll along seafront to Hastings. There, I really recommend the Old Town (particularly All Saints st, and George St), the Hastings Contemporary artspace, the funiculars especially East Hill that takes you onto East Hill from where you get great views and long country walks. Thoroughly recommend this flat.

I think we struck lucky. The apartment was so well designed and furnished - very relaxing. Every single detail had been considered. St.Leonards is an interesting area - not much changed from 45 years ago!

Beverly‘s flat is incredibly charming and tucked away in a quiet street of the old town, with direct access to the Hastings Country Park. The view onto the old town is really one of a kind and it feels like you are looking out onto a postcard! I had a wonderful time in the flat, the living room is beautifully decorated, the kitched is new and has everything you need, and the old town is only a 5 minute walk away. Bevery has also been so kind to provide lots of recommendations for the area, which I found very useful.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Deborah was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the area. Her apartment is beautiful with lovely sea views and was really welcoming and comforting. We had a wee accident with the sofa and Deborah was super understanding and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this flat more! The area is super lovely, lots of independent bars and restaurants and only a 25 min walk from Hastings

Location was very important as we did not have a car and could walk to it friends place, restaurants and cafes.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paul's flat. The flat itself is very light and airy with lots of windows and lovely views over the park and out to the sea. The place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our short stay. Self check-in and out was very straight forward and easy, Paul's instructions were clear and we had no issues. Flat is in a nice location, right next to a park and walking distance from the train station and everything around town. Note it is on the top floor of the building with no elevator, with some stairs inside the flat also - not a problem at all for us but perhaps something to consider if mobility is an issue. Overall we would highly recommend Paul's place and would happily stay again next time we are in St Leonards.

We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. We had such a lovely stay in this very central and cosy flat. Really nicely decorated with all the essentials for cooking. A very generous welcome basket. Great shower and really comfy bed with a cute terrace just outside the bedroom.

This apartment was one of the most comfortable and considered I have stayed in on Airbnb. Lovingly put together, the interior is attractive and detail orientated, and made us feel very at home. The location couldn't be better, we had a great time and excellent stay.

Great location! Clean and tidy apartment. Plenty of local shops within a short walk and the free parking was very handy. We loved our stay and managed to do exactly what we planned which was a long hike from Seaford to Eastbourne.

Exactly what we wanted from a short stay in central Hastings. great location - central yet quiet super responsive host large flat - large bed takes up a lot of space in the bedroom making access a little tricky to one side. well appointed & very clean - well equipped with washer dryer for longer says - minor issue with the (very new) kettle expiring and so we had to boil water on the hob.
