The Highlands – Jacuzzi – Tennis Courts – Iden

JonathanRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This place was an absolute find and we loved spending time here. There was a very cosy snug living room, well stocked kitchen and two bathrooms with decent showers. we thorough enjoyed staying here as it had everything we needed. It did get a little cold the first night, but the clear instructions inside made using the central heating system simple, plus they left wood for the fireplace which was a huge plus! Super responsive and provided some local recommendations. A long walk down to Rye, but the taxi services all knew about the house so getting home was easy! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cooden Cottage - Seaside retreat, pets welcome

NicolaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful week at Easter at Cooden Cottage. Ella was amazing and even helped us find a lost dog! The house is spotless, and beyond our expectations. The flow of the downstairs through to an amazing kitchen, conservatory and completely fenced garden was perfect for us and our two large dogs and we had several family get togethers in the garden, surrounded by greenery. The beds, bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent with plenty is space. We met Ella twice and it is clear that she is passionate about giving her guests a really special experience, from thoughtful touches to all rooms to a lovely welcome pack. While there, she wants her guests to feel that it is space and she completely achieved that. We felt at home and will definitely be back. Thank you!

4 Bed in Bexhill on Sea (77602)

KerryRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful house and garden .We were very lucky with the weather over Easter so used the hot tub and BBQ. We liked the way instructions were placed in frames and located near the appliances. The kitchen was very well equipped . Walking into Bexhill took 15 minutes and to the seafront was easy and there is plenty to see and do. We will definitely return in the future.

Escape to quality and peace in East Sussex.

ClaireRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A lovely modern cottage, exactly as described and photographed. It was well kitted out and essentials were provided. The bed was super comfortable but just a gentle note that if you have any mobility issues the apex of the roof means that you cannot stand up straight around the bed and the bed is low but this was not a problem on our stay. Helena and Philip were both really friendly and helpful. My personal favourite touch was when Philip invited me to pick some roses from the cottage garden to take inside. The hot tub was a real treat but please be mindful that you are in someone’s back garden so not completely secluded if they are enjoying their own space. Highly recommend, we would definitely go back.

Thatched Cottage Kent hideaway 3 Bed HotTub Haven!

OlgaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Beautiful, Summer Retreat + Hot Tub

DillRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had the most beautiful weekend at Sage Cottage. Everything—literally everything—was lovely, from the complimentary chocolates to the treehouse. You could truly see and feel the love that went into it all. Alison gave us a warm welcome, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her pets were absolutely adorable. I could go on and on, but you really have to experience this wonderful stay to understand what I mean.

Driftwood is a 2 minute stroll to Pett Level Beach

StephanieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our long weekend in Pett Level was probably the best AirBnB experience my family has had. The property is light, bright, comfortable, beautifully equipped with lovely finishing touches – Hannah's attention to detail is superb – and we felt welcomed and thoroughly indulged. We didn't expect such a large garden with so many places to sit and soak up the sun and surroundings in complete privacy: we loved the elevated decked area at the back, enclosed by trees – ideal for a bit of bird-watching. We were lucky that the weather was superb, meaning we had most of our meals on the huge table outside, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment facilities: table football, ping pong, darts and the outside shower! We walked twice or three times a day to the sea, enjoying the very different conditions of high and low tide; we cooked breakfast on the beach, swam and played games when the sand was exposed. Thank you, Hannah: we made so many memories at Driftwood and didn't want to leave!

Pretty Converted Barn with Private Sun Terrace and Garden

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We spent an absolutely wonderful few days in Charlie's charming cottage. It was very well appointed with lots of little touches and extras to make our stay very comfortable, we were thrilled with the food hamper and all the condiments/cereals/bits and bobs in the kitchen to make cooking stress free. Location wise, it is close to good roads/transport links yet simultaneously feels right in the middle of the countryside, we enjoyed a number of beautiful walks in the local area and it was very convenient for the nearby Champneys. I would highly recommend staying here :) Thanks for having us!

The Hideout - in the heart of Ashdown Forest

AlanRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a wonderful week at the Hideout. The accommodation was so comfortable and cosy and the setting so lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bed so comfy and the shower lovely and hot. We had an issue with one of the blinds (probably my fault!) and this was resolved almost immediately. Jo and Charles were very friendly and helpful, and gave great advice for what to do on one of our rainier days! The scenery around in the Ashdown Forest is beautiful, with endless possibilities for walking with our 2 dogs. There are so many other nice places nearby to visit - Battle, Lewes, Hever Castle, Sheffield Park and many more. We would thoroughly recommend the Hideout for a couple as perfect for exploring the local area.

Stylish family retreat, Rye, coast, sleeps 8

FionaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have had a wonderful stay at Mr Catts House during May half term. We were a multigenerational group, and everyone agreed that the house felt like home from the moment we walked in. The children loved seeing the lambs in the field at the end of the garden, and watching for bunnies and birds in the garden. The adults were very grateful of the thoughtful items left by Ruth; tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil and herbs to name a few, are all things that can easily get forgotten when packing for a week away. The bbq was used a couple of times and we ate in a number of times due to having children with us. Rhe kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates and utensils which we were very grateful for. Ruth did provide us with a fab selection of places to eat at and we did use her recommendations for a couple of meals. Thank you for being so speedy at replying to our messages Ruth and for making our stay perfect!
