Vacation rentals with beach access in Benito Juárez

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

I stayed in this apartment for a week with my two adult daughters. The apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. It has two complete bathrooms which was a plus for us. The king size bed was really good. One of my daughters slept on the pullout couch and she said it was very comfortable. The terrace is very spacious ! With a table and chairs. And even lounge chairs. The best part of our stay was Our host Jessica is the true definition of a Super Host!! !! She responded to everything within minutes always helping with a beautiful attitude. I recommend this place to anyone. And we’re sure we’ll be back Thank you Jessica !

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation in Cancun. The host was incredibly attentive, always attentive to every detail to make sure our stay was perfect. The place is beautiful, very well kept and tastefully decorated. Every detail of the accommodation makes you feel at home. The condominium is a very nice place to stay, with a quiet and safe atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy our days in Cancun. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with an exceptional host. It's definitely a place I'd love to go back to in the future. Great location, very friendly staff and very clean apartment with everything you need. The only thing is the general maintenance of the building, which is very neglected, but that is more about the general building than the accommodation itself.

Good host, lots of information/instructions and quick response. Nice place, we stayed there with 1 baby and 1 child of 4. We thought it was doable. Space is not very large, but sufficient. Equipped with everything you need and looks beautiful! Wonderful swimming pool and fine beach. Excellent value for money!!

Great accommodation that matches the photos and description exactly. Hosts were available and accommodated us for our checkout time. Easy communication. I would recommend this place which is a short walk to a great beach and offers the pool a few meters from the place.

Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile check-in and check-out process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * Overall, the studio is nice and does the job, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest very well! * I really applaud that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of it) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because you can hear cars on the avenue and some fans that work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of vendors * The cost of the daypass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s place in Cancun! The property was exactly as described clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Juan was a great host very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was incredibly personable and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. They went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which was a huge help with our flight schedule. The place was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with personal touches like sunscreen, bug spray and snacks —such a nice surprise! We also really appreciated the local recommendations; they led us to some amazing spots we wouldn’t have found otherwise. Would definitely stay again!

The place was easy to reach, secure, beautiful view, simple but great interior. Had a pool looking at an Ocean view, not in a very mainstream are but 10-15 minutes away from the hotel zone which was ideal. Local businesses in the area were very nice to have, easy to get something quick to eat or drink. Very responsive to feedback and they were very concerned on the quality of our stay. Had private parking, with a gated entry. Absolutely worth every bit! Definitely recommend it! The hosts were superb also, Karla was great! She truly was attentive and showed care before, during, and after our stay! Won't regret it, I know we didn't!

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

The place was fantastic, having two full bathrooms makes a huge difference for a family vacation, the place was just looking as the pictures, there may be a little bit of traffic noise in the morning with cars driving on the boulevard, but nothing to do with the place itself
