Great interior on this home!

This property met all of our expectations. Dylan is a great host, and it is even lovelier than the listing photos! Super close to Main Street, Lindenwood, etc. It is so nicely appointed- from the kitchen to the linens to comfy beds and YouTube TV. On top of that, it was squeaky clean and well cared for. This was a really special weekend for our family, and this house made it even better. We all agreed that we would stay here again in a heartbeat if it was available. If you're looking for a place in St. Charles and this fits your size / bedroom / bathroom requirements, stop shopping and go for it.

Absolutely unique and great place to stay if visiting St Louis. Right across the street from a nice park to get some walking in. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Very quaint residence with everything you need!

The house was exactly as described and shown in pics. Clean and well decorated. Sean allowed us to check in early due to very early arrival flight. Had a few hiccups at the house but he was very responsive. I am from St Louis but live out of state now and was back visiting. His place is within a 20 minute drive to most places you may want to visit and major highways. FYI for the short girlies like myself, the house was designed for taller folks so you may have to hop a bit to get into tall bed and use microwave but well worth it 😁 I would recommend Sean’s place and would stay again on my next visit.

Loved our stay at Jim and Sara’s place! Plenty of space, apartment had all the essentials, great communication and instructions, and a very convenient location close to 44 and 64! Enjoyed jogging through tower grove park a couple streets over on Saturday morning, greeted by a lovely farmers market in the middle of the park! Parking was ample, and it was a quiet street! Had it been warmer I would have loved to have sat out on the back deck/yard sipping on my coffee (Keurig was a nice touch!) and reading—really a cute oasis in an urban setting! Thanks!

I really appreciated staying at Floyd's place. It was cute and comfortable. The only surprise was the layout - the second bedroom was only accessible via the first bedroom. It was very hard to find a place with a bedroom that had 2 single beds and this definitely fit the bill. But Floyd was very accommodating and responsive when we needed the heat turned up he did it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Kurt and Gretchen were great hosts. Responsive, house was clean, and location was great. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend on vacation and had a good time. Everything was clean when we got there and there was plenty of necessities available as a courtesy. there were even some available for purchase as a convenience in the kitchen. The area is close to downtown so there's lots of things to do around and there is a parking spot in a gated parking lot so no need to worry about anything there.

I loved staying at this place! I relocated from Atlanta in February and stayed here for 3 months until my new place was ready. I love the building and front staff. It’s very safe, people are nice, and the gym and rooftop are great amenities! Shannon was very warm and personable. Tucker, co-host, was also very kind, hospitable, and super responsive to the few inquiries I had. It was a great home away from home for the time I stayed!

I had a fantastic time at Pam’s place; it had some much character and charm! Everything was as described and Pam was an outstanding host.

We loved Joe’s place and the location was perfect. Joe and his family have thought of everything down to phone chargers:) Love it and hopefully we will be booking again soon.

I had such a wonderful stay and was able to bring my cats! The location is within walking distance to basically everything. Darci and Art were extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. The Bunk House and property are serene and beautiful. The house is cozy and every need was considered from toys for the kids inside and out to a fully equipped kitchen. We loved walking to the creek and the view from the back deck and even from inside the house! We love the decor and style of the home and especially how cozy and comfy it is. The whole property is a unique and fun experience!

My fiancé and I enjoyed staying at the cabin. It was nice to be staying in a cabin and having a little get away while visiting family in Waterloo. Rika responded very quickly and is very communicative which I love that. Overall, we love it and will want to come back and stay at the cabin when visiting family.

The house was as expected from the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. The bath towels were very nice. Really enjoyed the trails behind the house to walk with the kids and dogs. House was very nicely decorated and the kids liked laying on the fluffy rug in the bunk room. We did not use the gazebo but would be very nice to sit around and talk around the fire if we would’ve had time. Highly recommend.

This cabin never disappoints. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is amazing and the whole house is so beautiful. It is very peaceful. We have had family reunions there every year for the past three years and now has become an annual tradition. It is just wonderful

I had a wonderful stay over Christmas to visit family. Bradley created a very festive atmosphere and I felt very much at home! He was very responsive to any questions and gave great directions. The property was absolutely beautiful, perfect for morning coffee by the pond. Lots of wildlife and space to roam. Walking, bikes, and canoe were great! It is quite secluded off the beaten path but easy to find with instruction. It was perfect and my family and I loved this stay. Definitely recommend and definitely would return! A huge Thank You from my family to yours.

We just got home after staying here and I miss it already! This cabin was a great “home away from home” for my family. Perfect amount of space, no issues at all with getting in, and there were these little notes for us to help make things so much easier! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
