Monthly Rentals in Bellandur Lake

We had a peaceful and pleasant stay for two weeks. The place is located on the terrace, offering great privacy and a quiet atmosphere. Please note that the lift goes up to the 3rd floor, and you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the terrace level — which was manageable for us. The terrace is a common area, so you might occasionally see people relaxing or spending time there. However, they were respectful and never interfered with our privacy. All food deliveries reached the door without any trouble when the address was shared clearly. The host was very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay, and we didn’t face any major issues. One thing to be aware of: parking can be a bit tricky if you have an SUV or a larger car. It’s a good idea to coordinate with the host in advance regarding this. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable experience!

Great Host. Displayed care and concern from the point of enquiry for booking the place and was always available for help from booking for a taxi to Office to offering coffee accessories. Room was nice with well furnished hall and equipped kitchen and great collection of fiction and non fictional Books. Being a short stay cut further by office engagements, was left wanting to stay more. Would definitely like to return and stay in the place.

It was a great experience. The photos dont do justice to the place. Akshay and his father were very thoughtful and responsive. I would love to visit this place again .
