Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bella Vista

This was the 2nd time I stayed here. It is non-descript, quiet, peaceful, safe. The apartments are simple and minimalist with comfort in mind. I will be coming back for two weeks in June... and bringing a team with me. Hope we all get apartments together. Thanks - as always - for a great stay!

Great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. They even recommended an amazing BBQ spot nearby that we loved. The home itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

Mike's place is amazing. The location was great and easy to get to town. The apartment is well-designed and beautiful. We wished to stay longer. Mike was really helpful and easy to reach out.

Exceptional Stay, Lifelong Friendships! My stay at Staci and Tyler’s Airbnb was far beyond my expectations! From the moment I arrived, their warmth and hospitality made me feel instantly at home. Communication was effortless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, providing excellent recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was evident how much care Staci and Tyler put into making guests feel welcome. But what truly sets this experience apart is the lasting friendship I’ve built. Tyler and I now play weekly Tuesday night tennis with friends around NW Arkansas—a testament to the genuine connections they foster. Karen has a wonderful Air BnB! One of my favorites I have stayed in. Looks just like the photos, very clean and very comfortable. Easy to access all the things/activities Bentonville has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!

For the price of a hotel stay at the local convention center (where our event was held), we loved Jason's place for it's space, unique styling, kitchen and ease of parking. You are in an eclectic group of other residential units (one is right below the rentable unit, an Airstream and a house on either flank) so would call this semi-independent housing. However, the windows have views of trees, the unit gets minimal noise from the residence below, and the amenities are excellent. We would stay there again if work calls us back to NW Arkansas.

Great place to stay and had everything we needed. The apartment entrance is on a well-maintained walkway that takes you to the backyard which looks out towards a beautiful, wooded area. Tricia is very friendly, helpful with additional instructions, and quick to respond. Thank you for letting us stay in your place and would recommend to others.

This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

The place was clean and comfortable. Martha checked if everything went well checking in and sent a list of restaurants and things to do.

This place is amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. The home and backyard are bigger than they look. We had such a great time staying in this home. The dogs enjoyed the big backyard and we didn't have to worry about them getting out. Rachel is a great host and response very quickly. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bentonville! Downtown and the trailheads were almost out our door!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Jaylen’s place. As a host she has put a lot of thought and attention to detail in this place - all of the necessities were well stocked, and there was helpful signage and instructions throughout the home. We really enjoyed the amenities - and while a ping pong table wasn’t a requirement, it was a really fun addition to our family vacation. This listing feels remote surrounded by trees, but is only about 10 minutes from downtown Roger’s.

Perfect for a weekend get away. Bed was super comfortable! Big screen TV was great for watching sports. Had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay here during a quick trip to experience a football game in Fayetteville! Upon arrival, the door code provided to us was incorrect but the host quickly responded with a backup code. Overall, the space was clean and exactly as described. Thanks for everything!

Excellent location, central and very walkable to downtown. Great amenities very clean and onsite parking. Comfort level would be increased with a larger loveseat or full size couch and a device to watch our own streaming services ie. Roku. We had an excellent stay, loved Bentonville and definitely would stay here again they are excellent hosts!

Spacious, Comfortable & well appointed place that was perfect for 2 couples. Wonderful location that was easily walkable to Museums, Restaurants & Coffee.

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

The location was absolutely prime. We frequent the BV area and will be coming back. The BVCC is right next door with great food, and if you are looking for a good challenging course there are plenty in the area. Well done Nels!

Steps away from downtown it was perfect for our vacation! Lots of great places to eat! The parking was right outside the door. The downstairs had both bathrooms and both main bedrooms, with the upstairs having the kitchen and the living room area with the two twin beds. The only thing that was a pain was that the thermostat had to be changed upstairs and in all the bedrooms to work (at least that’s what we found). Overall a great location!
