Vacation rentals with a kayak in Bella Vista

Great stay for three families. Big bunk room was great for the kids! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a big Thanksgiving dinner. The house is very well appointed and has lots of games and activities for the kids. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Wish the weather was better and we could have enjoyed the great back yard and lake access.

Very responsive host when small troubles came up! Clean home! Absolutely beautiful property, well maintained! Would come back for sure!

Colton and his team were very accommodating. They were available for us every step of the way. The home is exquisite! The view, breathtaking, and all the amenities were so much fun. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it for anybody that wants a peaceful vacation.

I have stayed in a ton of places and this one by far was the most spectacular place I’ve ever stayed. Extremely well organized very clean the host had everything laid out in multiple different locations for us to make it super easy. This cute little tiny home made me want to go by my own tiny home as I fell in love with it. I hope to stay again in the future this was a wonderful experience from being top-notch clean and peaceful and so much more.

Great views from the home and back deck/patio space as well as the master bedroom. Daniel's place is always spotless and well-supplied that makes our time a blessing to soak up the beauty of God's creation. Convenient to all amenities in Bella Vista and Bentonville. We look forward to coming back again!!!! You'll love your time here but like ours - always too short :-)

Her home was very welcoming! Lots of beautiful views of the lake from the back decks. Plenty of places to sit and relax inside and out. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors will smile and wave. If you need a good place that feels like home away from home this is it!

We had a great time at Tyler’s home. It was a beautiful area, which allowed for some quality time with our family.

Very peaceful, clean, and Cassie and Paul were very nice. Had a little issue with the but it got worked out. Everything was great and reasonably priced as well!!!

This place was an amazing stay. Clean and great views. The hosts are quick to response and friendly. The back patio was a great large place to entertain. Easy access to get to. Felt private while being close the city.

Our stay was so nice. It was the first time in over a year our family was able to go on vacation and this was the perfect spot. When we walked in it instantly felt comfortable and like home. It was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. They had some local items available to try and they were delicious! Along with kayaks and canoes and the water being a very short walk away. Our boys loved finding clams, swimming, kayaking, and playing outside. The only negative, which is by no means the hosts fault, is that the neighbors dog was left outside most of the time and it barked a lot. It kind of killed the serenity of being on the lake and tucked away. The only time it really bothered us was if we were trying to rest or take naps. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely visit again!

Perfect retreat for our family relax and spend time together. Plenty to do and lots of areas to relax. Would love to return.

Fabulous place to stay so peaceful amd just what we needed

This place was a loss for words. Woke up listening to nature to walk down directly to the lake and catch so many fish. We loved learning to kayak so much that we left and went straight to Bass Pro to look at buying some. This place is so adorable inside, amazing for families or just a get away with you and your partner. It is close to a few properties but it was not a bother at all. The host was very responsive and made us feel very welcome and they paid attention to the small details for their guests. I have even given a referral already to someone, 1000% will be going back!

it was an amazing view from front porch. very nice people. we really enjoyed it kids talk about it all the time.

I cannot say enough good things about this lake cabin! John was really helpful with fishing tips for the cabin and Beaver Lake. Location was just far enough away from everything, but getting to town was a quick drive. My girlfriend and I slept so good while we were here and the air was so clear. We are already planning our trip back. Many memories made!
