Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

I would consider this place an elevated experience. The hosts were super friendly. The sheets and bed were in the luxury category. The kitchen had all basic necessities and some additional snacks and teas were available. There was a dining table and desk to sit at for meetings. The walking trail to the water was steep but gravel. The boat dock was a nice amenity in a beautiful cove. The firepit was easily accessible and very well designed. The weekend we were there they had some growth construction going on - clearing paths and trees. When we were outdoors that was loud during the day, but I’m sure it’s temporary.

The space was exactly as published. Super clean!!! We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and fresh flowers. The space was very well appointed with tissues in each room, plenty of towels, any cooking pan, spice or utensil needed, mirrors in bedrooms, reading material, games, bottled water, a guide book…the list goes on. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the door for morning coffee and evening wine. It was a very quiet space and beds were comfy! We hope to return soon!

truly a hidden gem. if you love cycling, hiking and watersports this is definitely the place for you. Sandy made us feel right at home .We would love to come out here again.

awesome property that had enough room for so many. the place was elegant and laid out perfectly with all the games you need to do inside and the walk path down to the lake to fish or swim. we will rent this property again for another trip to the lake for sure.

I absolutely loved this stay! The Hosts were so friendly, welcoming and helpful with suggestions to restaurants, shopping and knowledgeable about activities, like kayaking, hiking and the Crystal Bridges Museum. The apartment is very comfy and even more lovely than the images depicted. I took some beautiful pictures from the deck, for Bo to use, as his posting doesn’t do justice to the reality of this lovely, rustic, private home with separate entrance apartments attached. The water-front views on the deck are rejuvenating. The Host provided me an inter-tube so I could float and swim in the river! It’s a tiny, quiet town and only a 30 minute drive to Bentonville, AR. Will be back again! Highly recommend this gem!

Garrett was an amazing host to say the least! Any questions I had about local attractions he answered right away and helped us find many antique stores and we went to all of them! The house looked exactly like the pictures but the pictures just didn’t even come close to being there in person! There was more than enough room and plenty of things to do. From kayaking, pool, huge tv’s, and enormous kitchen to cook in and hangout as well. We plaid plenty of card games at the table. The tanyard trails had beautiful waterfalls and sites to see. The rushing water felt amazing and the lake was very quiet and secluded! Overall this was a dreamy and exquisite place, we’re already planning our next stay here! Go ahead and just plan on booking with Garrett. He’s very responsive and helpful!

This was the perfect house for our family to gather for our parents 40th wedding anniversary. Very accessible for our elderly grandmother as well as beautiful views and lots of space! We were able to have lovely meals at home and get some sun on the deck & dock. Very relaxing and the perfect spot for families.

Wonderful place for family gatherings/vacation. Some can relax on the balcony overlooking the lake; others can fish; others kayak; and others go hiking nearby. They a wonderfully equipped kitchen to cook at night

We really enjoyed our stay. Rodney was a communicative and friendly host and was helpful. The location was great, just a short drive from Bentonville, and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the lake had more kayaks than motorized boats, though those using motorized boats were respectful of the tranquil vibe of the lake. The lake is accessible from the backyard of the house, and the dock was great for swimming and kayaking. The house was more than big enough for the 4 of us and would accommodate the maximum party of 7 well.

We booked this beautiful home for some peace and relaxation. We got that and more! The views and direct access to the lake were wonderful! We loved just sitting outside and hearing the small stream nearby babble down to the lake, and getting out onto the water in the provided kayaks was amazing! This home was very well appointed with all the items you need but with so many extra touches. The kids enjoyed the game room, and the hot tub. They also really enjoyed the sound machines, and of course having a TV in their room was a big hit. The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We had excellent communication with the host and will most definitely be back! Thank you! Pam

We had an incredible stay! Even with the weather not being great, the kids got in the water, and we had plenty to do. The marina restaurant was delish and we found several pretty waterfalls. This house was had litterly everything we needed and the lake was beautiful.

Carly communicated extremely well prior to check in and was very responsive to questions during our stay. House had great location with lake access making it the perfect place to host our family from out of town. Great amenities for the lake and overall stay at the house. Our guest were very comfortable with the space and bedrooms. The dock on the lake was perfect for entertaining our family.

You walk in the front door to see the most beautiful view of the lake. Very clean and had everything that we needed. We were only there for an extended weekend, next time we will stay longer and rent a boat. Would highly recommend this place.
