Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Welcome to our Bella Vista private basement mini-suite close to Little Sugar, Back 40, Blowing Springs, and Tanyard Creek Trials. Ride your MTB bike a short distance to access Little Sugar right from our suite. We are a short drive to Bella Vista dining, shopping, and golfing. Drive 5 miles to access the northern end of Slaughter Pen Trails. Drive 7 miles to access Coler Preserve North Trail. Interested in birding and beautiful waterfalls - Tanyard Creek is a 1.5-mile drive from the unit.

The Treehouse Bungalow

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. We encourage you to take a break in the soaker tub or grab a book and lounge in the king size bed master. The bike trails, golf, and lakes all around. Come visit NWA and be our guest!

Lake Ann Guest House: Trail head and Lake Access

Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. Enjoy a serene setting that tucks you among the trees and makes you feel like you are staying in your own treehouse. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

Summit House is a trail-side retreat, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. TheBack40 trail (Summit School) is visible from the front door! This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.
