Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. Ferienhaus am Rande eines Ferienhausgebietes. Ca. 1 km von der nächsten Ortschaft Sulzdorf entfernt. Der Reuthsee ist der größte Natursee Unterfrankens (ca. 17 ha) und ist nur ca. 100 Meter Luftlinie entfernt. Natur pur. Bis 2017 nach KfW-Standard entkernt und mit viele Liebe zum Detail komplett renoviert. Bisher als Wochenendhaus und Homeoffice genutzt. Wir sind neu bei Airbnb :) .
