Apartment vacation rentals in Bastimentos Island

The apartment as well as the location are just beautiful! Amazing sea view. We were three friends visiting and all felt very comfortable. It was clean and has AC in both bedrooms. The island is very beautiful, there is a supermarket and a few restaurants reachable in a few minutes walking. Dock where taxi boats from the main Island can stop is right in front of the apartment. We would definitely stay again!

The location is unbeatable, everything was extremely close: restaurants, supermarkets… In addition, the accommodation offers a lot of privacy, since each room has its own bathroom and a small kitchenette, which was super convenient. The accommodation also has a fairly complete shared kitchen for all guests to use. Lillian's service was excellent. He was always looking out for us. He made us feel super welcome and pampered! As a recommendation, it's important to note that the accommodation is ideal for a group of up to 12 people, to ensure everyone's comfort. There were 13 of us, and although they kindly helped us by offering us a sofa bed at an additional cost, it was not as comfortable as the main beds. One of the days we had a small problem with the water service, but it was a general issue on the island and not something specific to the accommodation. Definitely, if we return to Bocas, we would stay here again.

Wow! The only regret is we didn't stay longer. Great food great hosts and great Airbnb. We're coming back!

You are about a 15 minute taxi ride from town - $6-$10 (try to haggle the price) Ohanas has good food - and you can walk there just minutes from the house. Best part is you can walk up the road make a left and walk about 5 minutes to some very private areas for the beach. Host was very helpful and cares about your stay. Beds are comfortable and the place was perfect considering you wont spend much time home when there is so much to do. I recommend Bocas eBikes - rent em and have fun 😀 I dont recommend any of the boat tours - if you want to go to an island - go private - get a water taxi and go yourself … way better than the tours.

Perfect stay with Vincente! This is a great little place that felt very safe and Vincente was very welcoming. The wifi almost never dropped out and it was at 500mbps often. I worked here for 4 weeks with no issues at all. Perfect Internet. Power rarely went out. AC was good. We ran out of water a few times but this was because of the city. It always came back quickly and Vincente was on it every time. It's loud. The club Barco Hundido is literally next door. It says loud in the description of the booking! Don't be surprised by the noise. It was fine with earplugs for me. It's loud at night so don't be surprised. All of Bocas is loud on the weekends! It's a rowdy party town so be prepared. The surf while it lasted was world class! Overall a perfect stay and the perfect price. Would stay here again.

This place was a great deal. It is comfortable and simple furnishings. The beach is right in the backyard. It feels private.

If you are searching for a quiet apartment to relax in a beautiful setting between the sea and the jungle, this is the right place for you. The apartment is within a lodge run by really nice and friendly people, they are serving delicious food (breakfast, dinner) and also offer a happy hour with good cocktails. There are two beaches right next door, taxi to Bocas town costs 15 $ and takes around 20 minutes. Keep in mind that there are no shops or ATMs nearby. We really loved the architecture of the apartment caracol, it is very spacious with a huge terrace and seaview. Communication with Woody, Danielle and the rest of the staff was great as well! Lee Lauren and crew were sensational! They answered and took care of our every need. From day one to our last day was flawless. The home was amazing just as the description represents. The place is secluded and private but minutes away from the lively town and great eateries, definitely a hidden Jewell! The comfort level was second to none and the views spectacular, the marine life incredible and the swimming and water activities at your door step. I would recommend this to families, couples, and anyone wanting a great vacation. We’re booking again in the fall!

We only stayed for a night and I could happily have stayed a week there! Lovely rooms and the best part was the open air restaurant overlooking the bay where we spent hours, eating great food and delicious smoothies, watching the dramatic rainstorm that blew in, and enjoying the serenity of the bay. We will absolutely stay here again if we get back to Bocas del Toro in the future!

Top cottage, nicely decorated and in a good location. Within walking distance are beautiful beaches + good bars. You can also easily take a taxi to the town.

Amazing stay, I would definitely recommend this place! It is clean, well located, comfortable. Everything you need for basic cooking is there. Taxi and bus 20 seconds walk. Quiet neighborhood. Access to the common dock is a big plus for coffee in the morning. Rebecca was an amazing host, giving us access to the listing as soon as it was ready and providing us with multiple tips and recommendations. The only 'negative ' review is the air conditioning in room #2. There is no air conditioner directly in the room so it remains warmer and humid, which can be slightly disturbing for some. On the other hand, a large fan is available which helps a lot. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Centrally located accommodation and close to everything. Facilities that match the description. It has a very good restaurant. Very friendly staff and promptly attends to the guest. Highly recommended.

We loved Michel's place! We'd originally planned to walk from the airport to Al Natural Resort, but heavy rains changed our mind. Leidy was so kind to arrange a pickup for us. Only issue encountered was a refrigerator that didn't cool. Once it was mentioned, a new one was installed within hours! Thank you Michel and Leidy for an amazing stay in Bocas!

Very original accommodation with direct access to the sea from the terrace where there is also a very comfortable hammock. The entire stay, including the check-in and check-out process, was very easy and comfortable thanks to Leidy, who is in charge of the accommodation. She even arranged a taxi to pick me up and drop me off at the airport for free. Angie and Nicolas helped to make my solo journey to Bocas Del Toro safe and enjoyable. Their place was comfortable, bright and festive, and being on the water it was relaxing. In addition to that, the breakfasts were wonderful. I loved the fresh made Pineapple juice and even the local coffee. They were so helpful and friendly. All these things made for a great impression of a beautiful Panama town and just what my spirit needed. Don’t hesitate to go!

Honestly the pictures don’t do the place justice. It’s an epic place to stay and absolutely gorgeous. The staff is super friendly, secure place and bring above the water and having the balcony with a hammock was the cherry on top. Michel was very helpful and accommodating. WiFi was fast, bed was comfortable. What else could you ask for?

Our Surfari unit had all we needed, even occasional hot water! Housekeeping came in every day or two to refresh towels and take out trash. Thomas was super helpful and informative, even loaning us tools to fix a laptop. The apartments are located just a few blocks from the ferry dock and tour operators, yet far enough away from the nightclubs that their racket was hardly noticeable. Grocery store and hardware right around the corner, everything in town within walking distance. Best swimming is the deck at Bambuda about 7 blocks away.

The place is spaciousness and comfortable. Looks just like the photos. Right on the water. Advisable to have water socks as entering the water is a shallow reef. Great for taking a dip but not for swimming. Nadia and Salvatore are excellent, friendly, accommodating and attentive hosts. Great cooks too! We loved staying here. Warmly recommended.

The place is beautiful, the view is amazing. You fall asleep and wake up listening to the sea. We always spoke to Nadia, who communicated with us a few days of our stay indicating everything and received us in the best way: she helped us by booking a taxi that waited for us at the airport and we arrived at the house without inconvenience. It is a little far from the center, the taxi costs 15 usd but for us it was the best location, the landscape and the tranquility is incomparable, and only 10 minutes walking is the Bluff beach, beautiful. Meters from the house, Nadia and her husband have a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. We went 3 nights and always ate amazing. Highly recommended!! Thank you Nadia for your attention and always good predisposition! We would definitely come back.
