The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Studio in Bastille

Charming studio, located close to Place de la Bastille and the metro. The studio consists of a living room with a sofa and a dining table, the double bed is on the mezzanine and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials. The studio is on the ground floor of a typical Parisian paved courtyard and made by an architect. When leaving the courtyard you have plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as the Marais and its iconic Place des Vosges 5 minutes away.

My apartment is located between the Place de la Nation and the Place de la Bastille. it is perfect for couples, business travelers and families. the building dates from the 17th century. the apartment is on the 1st floor, in a charming flowery interior courtyard. Bright 70m2 apartment-lots of charm-Large living room, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds each with bathroom (including 1 convertible into 2 single beds). Equipped kitchen, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher. laundry.

Surrounded by some really good restaurants, farmer markets, designer stores and art galleries, it offers all the amenities you would find in a 5-star hotel, including a secluded private outdoor patio with its lush greenery. Famous Place des Vosges and Le Marais are just a short walk away.

The apartment is located in the Marais between Place des Vosges and Place de la Bastille, extremely close to the Bastille metro station. The apartment is on the top floor and is therefore very quiet. From the window you can enjoy a magnificent view embracing all the mythical landmarks of Paris such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Sacré-Coeur in Montmartre... The legendary Hollywood movie backdrop of Parisian rooftops comes alive over here.

Lovely apartment on Rue Crémieux, 1st floor

25 m2 apartment located on the first floor of a house on Rue Crémieux. Rue Crémieux is a pleasant and colorful pedestrian street. The apartment is very bright. It is composed of 2 rooms and has 3 large windows. It can accommodate up to 4 people. However, there is no door between the living room and the bedroom. It is located on the first floor without elevator access. On the ground floor is an orthoptic office that is open during the day.

Ce studio est calme, lumineux et confortable. En plein cœur d’un quartier typiquement parisien très animé, vous dormirez dans un silence absolu et pourquoi pas avec vue sur les étoiles depuis le lit grâce à la fenêtre de toit. Le studio est au dernier étage d’un petit immeuble paisible de 3 étages sans ascenseur, le vis à vis est moindre ainsi vous pourrez voir les toits et les cheminées des immeubles voisins.
