What a fabulous apartment! — spacious, comfortable, whimsically-appointed, and with a super comfy bed, a great shower, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Morning coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away, and don’t forget to spend time walking, jogging, or lingering in the beautiful Parc des Buttes Chaumont—just across the street. Madeleine was great—super-responsive and helpful!

Overall a good place to stay in, but a bit far from the city center. Very safe, helpful staff, with various ameneties for the guest's disposal. Easy check in and check out.

Our stay at Achmit's was great! Check-in was super easy thanks to his clear instructions. The apartment was sparkling clean, lovingly furnished and very practically equipped. Achmit was always concerned about our well-being and supported us with questions about transport links to the city center. You feel completely well looked after with him – absolutely recommended!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The environment is very nice, just across the street there is a place called "Les Communales" where you will find several food stands, ping pong tables etc, a real lively place. There are several shops nearby and above all it is ideally located within a 10-minute walk of the metro and in particular of its line 14 which serves all the tourist places very well and quickly. We really enjoyed Isabelle’s apartment, it was homely and very cosy. We got detailed instructions from Isabelle which were very helpful and included lots of recommendations for shops and restaurants.

We had a great stay! Communication was excellent, and the location was amazing for the price. There are plenty of good restaurants and patisseries nearby, and we even walked to the Louvre in about 45 minutes. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super convenient. The place also felt very private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Great location and our host was flexible with check-in and was very responsive and made us aware of current events and alternate routes to take given that the marathon was occurring on our departure day. Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Gio is a fantastic host. Welcomed us in and shared thoughts about what to do and where to go. He checked on us many times to make sure that the place was okay. Apartment is near so much to do and see in Paris. We would stay here again.

The place looked like it was in the photos and was very clean. We were very satisfied as it was also well equipped. Check-in was safe and easy as the host wrote a detailed instruction. However, the location was unfortunately not so good, as the accommodation is very far from the city center and the center could only be reached in 50 minutes after a long ride by bus and metro.

Wonderful little place right outside Paris, great for couples to relax. Very comfortable and homey feeling. Would recommend for anyone going to Paris for holiday. Very responsive host and gives clear instructions for the apartment.

A pleasant relaxing break close to Paris. Clean and well-appointed accommodation, you feel good there. The hospitality and availability of the host is a real plus, not to mention Kili's company!

One of the most remarkable houses we have stayed in - a real paradise on the outskirts of Paris. We were a family of 6 (3 young children and 3 adults) and had a lovely week at the house. Everything you need is on your doorstep and the house itself is perfect. The garden is a haven for children to run around and explore. We would come back in a heartbeat.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Laurence was very responsive and provided a lot of useful information. The listing is a great fit. Located on a quiet street, it offers easy walking access to essential shops, several restaurants, as well as a pleasant pedestrian layout along the Seine. A real plus: the small garden that allows you to park your vehicle, which is nice since all the parking spaces in the surrounding streets are paid. Be careful, however, when maneuvering if you have a large vehicle: the street is narrow, one-way, with parked cars. But by taking your time, it's still quite feasible, especially since most motorists have been patient! Anyway, I would this listing.

It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. The garden with its fruit trees in bloom, filled with songs of charcoal t**s was widely appreciated. Thanks to Hamza!
