what a wonderful place ! very spacious, extremely quiet and peaceful ..Then outside is lots of bars and restaurants and everything you need .Very lovely area..I most certainly will be back very soon .The host was fantastic..very friendly. always answered any questions..I look forward to returning soon

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. This place was perfect for the 2 of us, it was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipt, there were lots of sitting spaces to relax, and it's in a great location. It's surrounded by lots of cafes and shops, and has grocery stores nearby. It's tucked away in a charming passageway and is a very quiet place to stay. We were able to walk to all the attractions on our bucket list, but it's also very close to the metro. Denis was communicative and pleasant. His friend Gary was amazing. Gary helped us with any questions, and went above and beyond to help us at the end of our trip when the taxis were on strike. They truly put in great effort so that we would have an amazing time in Paris. It looked just like the pictures and we loved sitting on the patio with our morning coffee. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you Denis and Gary.

We had a lovely time at Christelle and Smail's apartment. The proximity to Paris was perfect. By public transport you were within 30 minutes in the center of Paris. We'd love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at this charming Airbnb located just a short walk from the Sacré-Cœur. The apartment was cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully set up. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—right in the heart of Montmartre with a supermarket just 5 minutes away. It offered easy access to all the key places we wanted to visit, making our time in Montmartre area truly seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore this beautiful part of the city!

book with confidence! aldric’s apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. i especially appreciated the comfy bed after long days of touristing. aldric is a superb and friendly communicator and was able to offer me flexibility on check-in time. the place has everything you need to feel at home. lots of excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. great neighborhood to explore and easy to get around the city with nearby metro public transportation. A+

Serge was a great host! He was very helpful and was very accommodating with our stay! He met us when we arrived and made sure we understood how the locks and door worked. Location is also great and a short walk to the metro. The pictures of the outside on google maps might look not the nicest, but the location is actually really great and there is a market outside the Airbnb every day except Mondays. There is also a separate door that separates the apartments from the market street so you have lots of privacy and don’t get any of the outside noise. This was a great place to stay, thanks again Serge!

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

Ideal for couple. The flat was very clean and nice. 10 min walk to Train station, supermarkets are close by. i highly recommend this place. Overall very good experience. Thank you Julien

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Laurent was a great host, and the apartment was cute, compact, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view out the window was excellent for the price! Entering the unit felt very secure and safe.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

absolutely fantastic accomodation for our stay in Paris for 3 nights, beautiful view from the balcony of pretty much the whole of Paris, including the Eiffel tower!!! Really lovely apartment, small but really everything you need for food, relaxing after a day of exploring and a wonderful balcony to relax on with food and drinks, has all the amenities one would need and more and such a lovely use of the space! Olivier was an excellent host with videos on how everything works and all instructions clearly written and explained and video'd too! He was quick to reply to questions and anything we needed help with before our trip and very eager to be a great host which he was, thoroughly recommend and we would absolutely love to stay again!!
