Bright apartment, modern, well-equipped, of good size. We were tired when we arrived, Fanny was able to support us in order to pick up the key and reach the apartment. We felt Fanny nearby throughout the stay by her quick feedback. She was very accommodating since our daughter gave us a surprise visit and was able to sleep with us at the apartment one night. The neighborhood is very well located and with some developments. The small grocery store is 2 minutes away really well located and quite complete. When we left, we dropped the waste in the drop provided for this purpose, but it makes noise when we drop the bags in the fall, the same for recycling. You have to be vigilant, as there is an apartment above that hears noise. There are some instructions displayed but we don't really stop there. Be careful, the young owner came to talk to us, he was very understanding. We recommend it!

Tony and Ghiselle's place was a joy to stay in ! Viroflay is a great location if you're visiting Paris, and the apartment is a few steps away from the station. There is a grocery shop next door and a Boulangerie across the road. Versailles is two stops away and very easy and quick to get to and Paris itself is a very simple journey too. The apartment is beautiful, clean and so homely, and Tony and Ghiselle responded quickly to any queries we had. If we visited Paris again we would stay here again in the blink of an eye.

We had a great stay and would be happy to come back. The location is great for a city trip, right at a metro and bus stop, which makes exploring the city very easy. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower in 30 minutes. We also felt safe throughout. For arrival by car, a large parking space in the underground parking lot is available, which was a booking criterion for us. There are many nice restaurants and cafes in the area, we particularly liked the bakery on the corner where we had breakfast every morning. The apartment itself is clean and very well equipped. The basics for cooking, such as spices and cooking utensils, are provided. Small note: The apartment is more suitable for a small family with up to four people than for two couples, as the sofa bed was quite narrow.

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

If you’re looking for a place as home base during your Paris visit you’ve found it. Apartment is clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and honestly as it looks in photos. But the best part is where you are. Literally steps from the largest metro/RER station in Paris means you can get anywhere easily. And also - the neighborhood is chock full of great shops and restaurants so you go down one floor to the street and are totally immersed in a Paris street scene. Jacques and Gary communicated very well and we had zero issues with this stay and would stay again.

Very good location. Photos in line with reality. Beautiful apartment for 1 or 2 people max. Well-stocked with appliances. Accessible by bus and metro, right next to the Luxembourg Park, beautiful. Quiet street even with the window open. Good base for a future stay. Good communication with the host, responsive.
