House vacation rentals in Bastille, Paris

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We had 5 wonderful days with our children aged 7 and 10 at Sophia's place. What a fantastic place to discover beautiful Paris from here. Coincidentally it was around 30 degrees these days so the kids could swim before we went out and if we came back from the city they couldn't wait to take another swim. On the first day we arrived a lot later than planned so the children were disappointed that they might not be able to swim anymore but Sophia had prepared everything completely, what a nice welcome for the children. Sophia was an incredibly nice and helpful hostess and responded immediately if we had a question. We look back on a fantastic trip with a wonderful stay that lacked nothing. After a day in the busy city, you could completely unwind at Sophia's place. Thank you Sophia, it was great! We would definitely recommend it.

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the lovely stay at Pascal's. We'd be happy to come back to your place when we're back in France :)

The houseboat is superb, the rooms are very comfortable. Perfect for a group of 10. Thank you for the welcome.

Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

I really enjoyed this accommodation in a bucolic setting, the bathroom is very functional, the living room with the bed is comfortable, no noise and possibility to have breakfast on the terrace surrounded by greenery Coffee, tea, herbal tea available, I didn't eat on site for lunch and dinner I recommend

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and lighter ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The space was very nice and clean, and we had everything we needed for our extended family of ten. It was the perfect location to explore Paris - just a short walk from Gare du Nord and the Metro. Communication from the host was always prompt and friendly. We would stay here again!
