Beautiful, clean, special property south-facing the Seine on lovely and quiet Ile St. Louis! The top floor apartment has a wonderful private terrace overlooking the Seine, Pantheon and Notre Dame - with the Eiffel Tower looming in the distance! The building is historic - Marie Curie lived two floors below for 20 years! The location is quiet and perfectly accessible to the big churches, museums and other attractions. The best!

Laurent was a fantastic host, extremely responsive, and shared great ideas of where to go, or restaurant recommendations. He graciously answered any questions we had regarding the neighborhood or how to manage this or that in Paris. A friend greeted us at check-in and explained all about the apartment and answered any questions we had. There is a small supermarket just next door that has all the basics. 3 Metro stations are within a few minutes walk that will easily get you anywhere you need to go in Paris. We spent a month there and the apartment felt like home.

We had an amazing time staying at Nans' flat in the heart of Canal St. Martin! The apartment was perfect for my family — a cozy one-bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed that made us feel right at home. It was super clean, spacious, and quiet, offering the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The location was fantastic. Just a short 6–9 minute walk to train stations, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's museums and top sights. The neighborhood truly came alive at night with plenty of great restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops just steps away. A big thank you to Nans for his wonderful hospitality and attention to detail. He made sure we got to the apartment smoothly, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and really made us feel welcome. Great place, great host — highly recommended!

Fantastically romantic apartment in the middle of Paris. I felt very comfortable with my wife. The quiet courtyard is a feel-good oasis after an exciting day around Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Museum Orsay as well as the Fontaine Médicis. I can only recommend the apartment. A perfect location and lovely host. Comfortable, quiet at night, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We had everything we needed in this charming space, including a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Paris.

Pascal's place was perfect for my friends and I. There was enough room for all five of us and the location was perfect in Le Marais.

The apartment was very nice with an authentic Parisian feel. We loved sitting on the balcony with the clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Excellent bakery on the street below and grocery store around the corner. Very close to metro entrance. Amelie was easy to communicate with. Wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and lighter ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
