Family-friendly vacation rentals in Paris

We had a great time as were there for the Paris Olympics . The location of the apartment was ideal for transport links to the Olympic venues and there lots of local restaurants and bars for food when we returned home ! Nicolas provided lots of helpful tips for both travel connections and shops/restaurants both nearby and in other areas of Paris . We , all five of us , had a wonderful week!

Apartment as at home: great clarity, warm decorated, comfort, cleanliness, size of apartment... The location is perfect, close to the Bon Marché and not far from the Jardin du Luxembourg. I will return to this apartment which we found welcoming and very convenient. In short, I would recommend it without hesitation!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever been to! The location couldn't be better: with a 10 minute walk you get to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is wonderful, it is VERY cozy and clean. Alexandra is an amazing host and helped us the very few times we needed something. It was worth every cent! I hope to be back there as soon as I can!

The location of this cozy place is phenomenal: 2 blocks from the train and walkable to lots of attractions and restaurants! This apartment is very clean and well organized. Pascal and Virginia were friendly and responsive. We would happily stay here again!

A splendid loft in the heart of Paris! 5 stars all round!

Very comfortable, bright and spacious apartment. We feel good, nothing is missing. We are traveling with a child so the proximity to the metro and RER is a real advantage. The neighborhood is great, supermarkets, bakeries, caterers of all kinds, good restaurants... this apartment has largely contributed to a great stay.

Easy access to the centre of Paris, a train just over 5 minutes walking distance. Comfortable space and in a quiet and very quiet residential area. Casa corresponded to the description with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Available and flexible host. Clearly returning.

Albert's place is one of the best Airbnb experiences that I ever had. Albert welcomed me and my parents in his house personally. He arranged plenty of fruits and drinks for us. The apartment is actually better than how it looks in the pictures! It has everything that one needs during a Paris trip. It is well located with metro and bus connections very close-by. Supermarkets and lots of cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance too. The apartment kitchen has every basic thing for your stay. Albert's consideration of every single details made us appreciate his efforts for guest's comforts. Overall, we felt at home and I now know where to stay in my next Paris trip!

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

Apartment as described, ideal for 2 or 4 people (2 adults 2 children like us)! Very well equipped, access with very convenient lockbox. Excellent location 1 minute walk to metro line 12. Very friendly host by message. I would recommend this place for a few Parisian days +++

Perfect, I recommend it!

Very private and quiet, yet in a wonderful walkable location. The apartment has a delightfully eccentric interior. A very special feature is a private outdoor space, unusual for an urban location such as this. There were five of us, but it can accommodate 7 with extra beds in the bedrooms if one is ok with sharing.

Excellent location and wonderful place to stay. Private and secure and perfectly located for all travel in Paris. Highly recommend and will be returning next time I’m visiting Paris

We stayed here for a week during Art Paris Art fair. Three good bedrooms, good wifi, third floor (no lift), very easy place to enjoy whilst looking out over the rooftops of the Marais. Thierry’s apartment is Beautiful with everything you need. Local area has Chemist downstairs, Bread shop & mini-mart down the street, plenty of bistros and restaurants downstairs. 2 min walk to Place des Vosges and 5 min walk to Saint-Paul Metro line 1….no complaints. Loved! We will be back 🇫🇷❤️👌

So very pleased to have found this place in Paris! I stayed a week here with my parents, who aren’t accustomed to stairs, but they loved it too. It felt like a place we three could stay in for much longer, and easily could have had another person comfortably there too. There’s so much light in this top floor apartment, and very peaceful and quiet; there’s a school nearby but it was holiday break, so that was not an issue of any morning noice. The place is very central, yet tucked into a nice neighborhood so it’s not touristy but a real-life experience. Airbnb suggested this was one of the top rated in the city and I can see why: casual and comfortable accommodations, super friendly hosts, and a perfect taste of Paris life!

We had such a wonderful stay here! It was more like a lovely hotel experience than an AirB&B as so personal and professional. It’s in a great area too, we spent so much time in the fantastic Marché D’Aligre! Sipping coffee, shopping and people watching. The apartment although in central Paris felt like a quiet little haven away from the noise of city life. The neighbours were so friendly to us and on such a pretty cobbled street. A real Parisian experience. Thank you also to Cécile for the late key hand over, all your help and recommendations. Especially when we couldn’t find the iron and you replied instantly. We will definitely return! Thank you.

A house/duplex in the heart of Paris, close to two metro outlets, good restaurants, bars, shops and tourist activities but in a small haven of peace. One of my best Airbnb addresses! Yves responds very quickly and is very accommodating. I highly recommend and keep this place precious for a future stay in Paris with my family!

We were a family of 4 adults and 3 children. It was an incredible place for us to stay for 6 nights! The accommodations fit us comfortably, and the location couldn’t be beat! Everything was walkable, and the area was buzzing with activity, stores, restaurants, and cafes just outside our door! Merci beaucoup!

An excellent place to stay when visiting Paris. Stephanie is a great host who was very responsive and sympathetic, including allowing us to stay another day when I fell ill at the end of our visit. Overall a great experience.
