Family-friendly vacation rentals in Paris

Jean-Christophe and his wife were very kind people. They even gave us a gift on Labour's day, a bottle of wine and a flower. It was very lovely staying with them, everything was clean and working properly. The AC was very welcome, considering the weather outside. Would 100% recommend to go here, if you are looking for an affordable place to stay near the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with a Metro station around the corner. Also very easy for a taxi to pick you up at the front door. Overall a great experience!

I have rented apartments in Paris and in the South of France for ten years, always for about a stay of one month. Carole's apartment was a stand-out and I loved everything about my stay there. I have already rented it for a month next year. The apartment is lovely-it looks just like the photos and feels spacious enough for a long-time stay. Everything worked well, the apartment was thoughtfully well-supplied for a long stay, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was incredibly quiet. Carole is a wonderful host. My early arrival went very smoothly and Carole explained well how everything works in the apartment. She is a very personable, welcoming, efficient and accommodating host. Cleaning service was done well. I always stay in St-Germain-des-Pres as it feels the most archetypically Paris. The Metro and RER stations are a few minutes walk. Lots of everyday stores, eg, grocery, pharmacy. Lots of restaurants, cafes-my friends in Paris usually come over by me. Thank you, Carole!

Apartment as at home: great clarity, warm decorated, comfort, cleanliness, size of apartment... The location is perfect, close to the Bon Marché and not far from the Jardin du Luxembourg. I will return to this apartment which we found welcoming and very convenient. In short, I would recommend it without hesitation!

An incredible home, with an incredible host! Fred was extremely kind and an attentive host my entire trip. The space was better than the pictures and I enjoyed every single moment of my stay in this beautiful space. Fred made sure I was comfortable, offered many amazing local suggestions and all around was fantastic! The location was simply perfect—nestled in a vibrant neighborhood that offered the best of Paris right at our doorstep. From quaint cafes and bakeries to cultural spots and convenient transportation, everything we needed was within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again! This was a great Airbnb in a great location. Many attractions like the saline chapelle, louvre are walkable. Great vibe and a lot of food options around. The only thing I would be mindful of is, if you have a lot of luggage, you will have to carry it up 5 floors on a narrow spiral staircase.

Jean-Francois's place was wonderful. So comfortable, all needs catered to and very helpful instructions. We adored our time in Paris and the location of the apartment could not be faulted. surrounded by amazing restaurants, Patisseries, butchers, grocers, everything! I cannot speak more highly of this wonderful apartment. Close to the metro also. Perfect for a couple.

Had a Great Stay during French Open. The Apartment is situated in the safe financial district and offers awesome skyline views from the balcony of the 26th floor. I assume there Are Not many Better places to wake up with a view on the Eifeltower or Sacre Coer! The whole Apartment is modern und spacious, checkin and Communication with Mhedi was brilliant. Absolut recommendation for those who Are looking for an extraordinary stay in Paris!

I would 100% recommend this place for anyone to stay in. My wife and 3 young kids stayed here and it was clean and felt very safe. It was our first stay ever in France and Raoni was an excellent host.

It's a very nice room. My husband and I stayed there for a week. It's comfortable and in a very convenient location. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and two shower rooms. The location is good, it's close to the big department store Bon Marché and the subway station, so it's very convenient. If I come to Paris again, I'd like to stay in the same place. すごく素敵なお部屋です。主人と二人で、1週間滞在しました。居心地が良く、とても便利な場所にあります。キッチン用品も充実していて、シャワールームも2つあります。ローケーションも良く大きなデパートのボンマルシェ、地下鉄駅も近く、利便性もいいです。またパリに来るなら、同じ場所に滞在したいです。

Location, location, location! If you would like to be smack dab in the middle of the Marais, Nicolas' place is an excellent choice. He is an experienced and professional host who provides a book containing an abundance of useful Information about the apartment, the neighborhood (services, restaurants, shopping - everything you would want to know). We liked that it was on the ground (garden) level as it made moving our luggage in easy. And as other reviewers noted, it is a quiet courtyard. Nicolas does note that the apartment might not be ideal for persons over 6 feet in height. I am 6'3" and I did need to mind my head in certain parts of the apartment. Aside from this, it was a great place for us to stay for a few nights exploring Paris.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to cafés, bakeries, and iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Isolda was welcoming and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems. It felt like a home away from home, and I truly didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Paris—highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay! Philippe's apartment is very comfortable, well provisioned, and close to just about everything you want to see in Paris. In addition to the gourmet food shops on nearby Rue Cler, we found an award-winning pastry shop a few doors down, plenty of good restaurants nearby, and easy walking distance to major sites , especially the Eiffel Tower. Philippe answers questions right away, so we were never left hanging. At the end of the day, we could simply come back, unwind, and relax for the next day's adventures. We would highly recommend this stay to all friends and family.

Fantastic location, comfortable apartment, has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Paris

This place is great. Right next to the train station and a bus stop outside. On a main street but not busy, very tidy little apartment and has everything for a short stay. View of the Eiffel Tower is much better than we expected, especially at night when it sparkles. Would stay again for sure.

If you are visiting Paris for a few days and would like a central location then I highly recommend this place!

First and foremost khanh is one of the most approachable, patient, kind and accomidating hosts ive ever interacted with. allowed us to check in early with an early arriving flight. answered within minutes of any issues we had and was proactive with local recommendations. accommodations were accurate to listing. clean and bright. totally forgot about euro plugs but plenty of converters through. 2 fans helped keep the place cool at night. could not stay away from the windows and the views! the locations drops you in the heart of le marais which is so immersive. cannot wait to come back!

We loved staying here for 10 days this holiday season. Easy to access with an elevator to the third floor. It’s a corner apartment which was nice. Decoration is super fun (see listing photos). Kitchen was well stocked and walk in clothing closet was a plus too. Françoise was warm and kind, met us to show apartment specifics to us. It was nice for us thus was not a professional “flip” type of Airbnb but a “real” or authentic Parisian apartment. Great area, quick two blocks to Rue Cadet and the markets there. Also between three metro stops… very well located. Recommended!

Lovely stay for 3 nights at Fred’s place. Excellent location for exploring Paris, and the toys for our baby were much appreciated to keep him entertained.

We stay at 5-star Airbnb's, but this is hands-down my favorite in Paris! The location is perfect - quiet, elegant neighborhood but around the corner are fabulous restaurants/cafes & the best coffee shop for a latte (Certified Coffee in the Beau Passage). A few blocks to The Bon Marche & an easy walk to the Seine. The best is the beautiful, luxurious apartment itself! Gorgeous designer furniture, lighting, art. Balconies with lovely plants & flowers. Super quiet, sun all morning & great reflected light in the afternoon from the lovely building across the street (real estate agents said this was the most desirable street in Paris). The apt is stunningly beautiful and PERFECT from the amenities in the large, light-filled kitchen to the luxe sheets and towels. Servane was the best host, gifting us wine, chocolates and a huge bouquet of flowers. She was so responsive and friendly we couldn't ask for a better host. We are already planning our return! Two weeks was too short! FABULOUS STAY!
