Apartment vacation rentals in Paris

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

After a long day of site seeing it was so nice to come to this gem of an apartment. On a quiet street yet steps from a lively corner of cafes, bars, often music. And literally between two banks of the Seine ❤️. Had everything we needed. Cozy, comfy bed. Very nice touches in the apt incl. excellent tour books. Would send all my friends here! 👍🏼

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Exceeded expectations, there are many reasons for this excellent mark: great location, amazing views, clean and bright, feeling very secure, no issues during the six-day stay, very accurate description, and an excellent host. Location is in the Quartier Latin in front of the Sorbonne, very close to restaurants, grocery shops, cafes and bakeries, close to various Paris landmarks including Notre Dame which is a 7 minutes walk away, and a five minute walk to RER and metro stations. Amazing views of the Sorbonne, and of the Eiffel Tower with the sunset, giving a feeling of being on top of Paris. Adding to the charm is that the studio is located in a typical Parisian building. David is a great host, very friendly, communicates very well, and is always available. The check-in was very efficient and David assisted with the luggage and showed this wonderful, well thought-out "smart" and comfortable studio. Merci beaucoup David, we'll be back!

Lakfir’s place was amazing! Wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower directly from bed, easy to find and easy to navigate the building from the directions provided. Inside, you had all the essentials needed for a stay with some extra touches that made it feel like home. I would highly recommend staying here for your trip to Paris!

The location of this cozy place is phenomenal: 2 blocks from the train and walkable to lots of attractions and restaurants! This apartment is very clean and well organized. Pascal and Virginia were friendly and responsive. We would happily stay here again!

The location of the apartment is perfectly situated and close to Notre Dame and Lourve! You are literally in food haven row! So many restaurants literally right outside the apartment. Air conditioning worked well and place is as pictured. Super cute and clean. My only complaint is the noise outside the apartment. It’s very lively right where the apartment is located which is fantastic and it’s quite peaceful during the night; however, the noise factor does start early in the morning with the restaurants below preparing for the day. I’d recommend air plugs if you’re a light sleeper or plan to sleep in. Even with this minor complaint that can’t be helped, I’d stay there again! Plenty of hot water for showers and I liked that the water closet is separated from the shower and sink. Fantastic place in a fantastic location.

Elodie was a wonderful, friendly and responsive host and the accommodation is exactly as described. The home was clean, private and felt safe. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Gilles's apartment. The location was amazing — super walkable to major attractions, cafés, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Communication with the host was seamless — Gilles was incredibly responsive leading up to our trip, which made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in the heart of Paris!

I stayed a month and was sorry to leave. The apartment is has everything: a comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room and bedroom and a modernized bathroom. Lots of light, beautiful city views. The bed is what we would call a double but very comfortable. Heat worked great, as did the hot water. A+++

Ariane’s place was the perfect base to explore Paris - we loved the area and everything was so accessible. The apartment was perfect for what we needed with the added bonus of the beautiful balcony. Ariane was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. She also had some great recommendations for Paris. We would definitely stay agin on our next trip to Paris.

A must stay location, eclectic decor with wonderful Alexa technology for lighting. Very warm and inviting. Perfect location, attentive and accommodating host. We would definitely book again. If you come, bring sheets and pillowcases. Only bottom sheet provided. Otherwise pillow shams and duvet covers only. Five stars all the way.

If you don't know where to stay in Paris then this is the place for you. It's in a peaceful part of the city but still has the lovely architecture, loads of bakeries, great restaurants and easy access to the metro. It's also easy walking distance to the city centre and the stroll to enjoy the jardin de Luxembourg is a must. The apartment itself is lovely, really spacious and well designed to make it super comfortable and relaxing after a long day seeing the sights of Paris. It also has a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a quiet glass of wine. The instructions are super clear for checkin and the host was easy to communicate with. The only improvement I can think of might be a list of local recommendations in the apartment. Paris is a big city and it's always great to get some tips from a local!

A delightful apartment in a residential area. All we needed was in easy walking distance. Loved our meals on the verandah and the views of the Eiffel Tower, especially lovely when it was lit up at night. Perfect for two friends enjoying a few days exploring Paris. Metro was close. We would love to stay again.

Jean-Luc’s apartment is in a fantastic location and I highly recommend staying here! He’s an extremely responsive host and our family of five (2 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant) fit comfortably in his unit. We loved the unit and would happily book this again for our next family trip to Paris.

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

Absolutely everything about Eric’s apartment was perfect: compact & efficient size; comfortable, lovely furnishings and decor; well-equipped kitchen; and, of course, the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We delighted in its nighttime “light show,” which switches from sparkling white lights to a golden glow. We always want to do light cooking and snacking in the apartments we rent, and the abundance of nearby shops was a joy: fromageries (cheese and dairy), fleuristes (flowers), boucheries (meat), boulangerie/pattisseries (bread and pastries), and our favorite tea shops (Mariage Frères) and chocolate (Jean-Paul Hevin). And restaurants! The first evening, we set off to find one at random, and 150 feet away we stepped into Philippe Excoffier. Mon dieu! A tiny, lovely French place with amazing food and service. We ended up eating dinner there three times in a week—why mess with perfection? We also had our best-ever steak-frites at the end of the block (La Fontaine de Mars). Merci, Eric!

This was our first trip to Europe. Raphaels place was perfect. Great location. Such good communication and quick responses. Close to restaurants and transportation. Very central location to Eiffel Tower. View from balcony amazing. Everything I wished for from mt trip to Paris. Highly recommended

I’m a frequent visitor to Paris, but this was my first Airbnb experience. I booked Arthur’s place months in advance because it was listed as a rare find with excellent reviews. For this trip, my family and I wanted something different—a true Parisian flat with charm, character, and a great view, rather than a hotel stay. Arthur met us outside the apartment, gave us a tour, and even shared a bit about growing up there. He was always easy to reach and very responsive, which was much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, which was perfect for our family with two small kids. We had breakfast and lunch there comfortably—it was fully equipped for cooking. And having the Eiffel Tower right in front of us while sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evening was truly magical. Thank you, Arthur!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

Please stay at this studio apartment. It is newly renovated so nicely with everything you need and more. The location is just perfect. Lovely peaceful neighborhood but so close so everything in Paris. The host is just the sweetest most thoughtful. The best is the jaw dropping view...spectacular!
