The apartment was located at a quite safe residential area with easy access to major tourist destinations. The place is exactly like the picture and well-equipped. Baptiste was so nice to help us check in and responsive. Highly recommend.

This was a great stay!! The area really makes the Airbnb the best. The outside are is super cute and the Airbnb is really perfect for a quick stay in Paris!

Antoine’s place was perfectly for our trip. It was located near the metro station. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and bars around the apartment. The double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I really liked that the toilet was separate from the shower. Neighborhood was safe and the other tenants were quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is even more stunning than shown a nd the location in a highly desirable area of Saint German desPres making it ideal for exploring Paris. Sitting in the stunning apartment is a cherished experience. The apartment is quiet with views out the many windows of charming Parisian area and fun to watch the women working in the flower shop a few shops away set up for the morning. The small Beautifully decorated Delacroix museum is steps away

Really nice appartment, helpful host and great location in Paris. Travelling with our children (8 and 11) we found the appartment to be perfect for our long weekend adventure. It has that little bit extra that wowed both us and the kids. We did not eat breakfast nor cook, but there were all the options needed in the kitchen if you would like to. Ample storage for clothes and clever solutions to optimize the space made the stay comfortable. All the gadgets you need for a comfortable stay and they were functioning. On our day of leaving we found out that our flight had been cancelled, Benjamin quickly guided me on how we could prolong the stay, we got lucky the appartment was still available one more night! The 11th arrondissement has all that is Paris, minus the crowds, and all the major sights are easily accessible as the Metro is close. I really recommend this appartment and the host!

The apartment is in a beautifully renovated building. The interior is brand new and sparkling clean. Fully equipped, including fast internet. About six minutes from the metro, making travel to Paris very easy. The neighborhood is being renovated, making navigation difficult. However, Hélène provides excellent explanations, in combination with a map, making the house easy to find. Sometimes it is noisy, and you get noise from the neighborhood and also from other residents in the building. Hélène communicates very pleasantly and responds within a few minutes. She has a folder in the apartment with all kinds of useful information about shops, restaurants, tourist tips for your visit to Paris and Romainville, etc. The house and the hostess are great! A nice place to stay, a nice base for a few days in Paris, where Hélène is easily accessible and always open to questions and information.

Amélie was the perfect host—thoughtful, communicative, and flexible with our checkout time. Her cozy apartment had a charming patio filled with beautiful plants, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The location offered convenient access to public transit, which made getting around easy. Upon our arrival, Amélie welcomed us with chilled wine and lit candles—it was a lovely, thoughtful gesture. The apartment was stocked with an interesting selection of teas and various coffees, and she also provided personalized recommendations, including a visit to Mahsa Amini Park, which was especially meaningful to me. While the neighbourhood itself wasn’t ideal, we discovered very good restaurants and bakeries just a short walk away. Overall, it was a five-star experience, and we would happily stay again!

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Thank you again for this impeccable welcome, we will come back without hesitation!

Olga, was an excellent host that went above and beyond our entire stay and her home was beautiful as well. Olga was very responsive and provided more then enough information about details for your stay. When we arrived Olga had fresh pastries for us and if we needed anything else she didn't hesitate to get it for us. Olga was also helpful in providing local recommendations or routes to get to places. Me and my sisters enjoyed our time at Olga home and it felt like home our entire stay. I will highly recommend booking Olga's home especially if you need a place that is conveniently located to multiple tourist spots and the metro.

Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and lighter ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

Pleasant accommodation in a very peaceful area and close to the bus and tram. Access to the garden and free street parking are really appreciated. The kitchen has everything you need. We recommend it.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

It’s a good size apartment for Paris. Having two bedrooms an bathrooms allowed us space. One thing to note is one of the bathroom is without the WC/ toilet which is a separate ( almost like a powder room but without a sink). It seems this is very typical of Paris apartments. The kitchen was very well stocked. Having access of pots/ pans/ utensils/ dishwasher/ oven was a huge plus for us. It’s residential area so it was nice to see the local bakeries and grocery stores. Metro is very close.

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
