Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bastia Umbra

It was a fantastic and magical stay in Cetona. A very friendly couple greeted us upon arrival and showed us the picturesque accommodation overlooking the mountains and Cetona. There was nothing missing, everything was thought of (even mosquito nets in the windows) and you just felt comfortable all around. On the host's tip, we could even admire fireflies in the garden the evening before our departure;-) Even on departure, we were duly bid farewell with nice conversations with the host. So we got to know this wonderful country a little better...:-)

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

Great flat to explore Cortona! Excellent location and had everything you need

Saverio is a very friendly host, who also warmly greets you upon arrival. The house is clean and equipped with facilities. The view is breathtaking and in the area there is a lot to see and beautiful places can be reached within an hour's drive. Saverio also has a restaurant on the lake of Trasimeno where you can eat wonderfully. In short, a fantastic place to relax and unwind.

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Federica and Paolo’s place. It was so clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Assisi, not far from the shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the super comfortable beds, that it was quiet at night and the thoughtful selection of breakfast items made available that meant we didn’t need to go to the supermarket before breakfast on our first day having arrived late in the evening before. Thank you for a great stay.

Daria’s listing was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and offered stunning views of the surrounding town and countryside. The space was very clean and very comfortable, and was an excellent place to relax. Daria’s mother was there to greet me during check-in and gave very clear instructions for how everything worked, and even helped me with my luggage. When I was there, the washing machine was unfortunately out of order, but Daria’s mother was extremely kind and did my laundry before returning it to my suite, already hung to dry. An overall lovely experience and a place I’d highly recommend!

The stay went very well. Everything matches the descriptions. Easy to reach and easy to follow the directions regarding check-in and check-out for which we had extreme flexibility. The hosts are very attentive to the needs and available. The house is cozy and well organized, equipped with the main comforts.

We stayed at Franco's for 5 nights and had a great time. The accommodation is brand new and equipped with every comfort. It is located in a central but quiet location, close to trattorias and shops, a stone's throw from the basilica and the bus that leads to Assisi, on the "mattonata" which is the pilgrimage route to Assisi. It is also a great starting point for visiting the heart of Umbria: Perugia, Spoleto, Spello, Todi, and Foligno are a short distance away. Great value too. We highly recommend it and hope to return. A lovely and clean property with easy access to Assisi and Spello. Also well located to access historic villages nearby. Lovely host who looked after us well and made sure we were very comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, clean, modern and well-kept, a stone's throw from the Cathedral of San Francesco and close to the center.

Clean and comfortable, provided all the necessities for travellers like us, including travel guide, toiletries, utilities and etc. Quiet place but convenient, grocery is just within walking distance

From the location, the views, the well appointed kitchen, the mini split, the fun decor and engaging book collection, the cleanliness, etc. Simona was an ideal host: communicative and helpful. Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.
