Perfect stay! The apartment is modern, well-maintained and impeccably clean. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is strategic, right in the center of Umbria: perfect for visiting Assisi and its surroundings. Quiet and relaxing area, with covered and private parking right outside the house: a rare convenience! The large private patio and the double bathroom are very appreciated pluses, as well as the hot coffee and the small attentions found on our arrival, really appreciated! Leonardo welcomed us with great warmth and helpfulness: we felt truly welcome. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

I would recommend Piera’s stay to everybody. It was simply amazing, from the start I felt so at home. 10/10!

Mr Roberto received us very well at arrival. This apartment is very well equipped for who wants to cook during his/her stay. The 2 rooms with double bed are very spacious, with a lot of light. Also the room with single bed is nice, but obviously smaller. The beds and mattresses are very good quality. We slept very well. The apartment is very clean, very well maintained and modern, with more than enough towels, blankets, etc. 2 nice bathrooms. At the entrance there is a place where you can place your bikes. It is perfectly situated in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood with plenty of (free) parking space, and with shops / supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance. Not far from Asisi (7 km). We can recommend this apartment to anyone. Very good to stay there if you want to visit Assisi or this part of Umbria!

A wonderful stay! The grounds were beautiful, an easy drive to the lovely town of Assisi, and the pool was perfect for the hot day. Eddie was super helpful with giving us parking suggestions for Assisi, which was a big help! Wish we could have stayed long. A relaxing retreat.
