This B&B is a precious place and immersed in nature, where you can breathe all the care and passion that the owners put in to welcome their guests. The room we stayed in was very clean and equipped with every comfort. Breakfast in the garden is rich and delicious. I highly recommend it… and can't wait to go back!

Extremely welcoming host. I like it because I felt at home anyway, although I came to study in Italy and I left my whole family in the Congo, Piero and Rita's place I found a wonderful family where love, peace and joy are there. They took good care of me as their own daughter and I discover a lot with them: Italian culture, language, etiquette... In any case at Piero's, I would recommend anyone who would like to go around Perouse to come and settle here here. They are best 😍

I had a wonderful time with Eva. If you are looking for a break from everyday life and finally want to relax, this is the place to be. Eva's delicious breakfast with a view of the surrounding untouched nature provides the perfect start to the day. Eva is not only a very loving and attentive host, I also learned a lot from her. Walking through the surrounding nature, she showed me how wild asparagus grows and I also saw wild orchids there for the first time. I spent most of the time in the workshop at the hub, and Eva is also an excellent teacher there. I enjoyed the time very much and would come back anytime again!

Beautiful surroundings and home in spello. Leonardo and Paula are so nice and caring. We felt so welcome and had a wonderful time. My boyfriend is vegan and they cooked homemade food and bakery 🥲 We loved it

Our stay was enchanting, a dream location, in the pool you can admire the view of the hills. The room is lovely, the kitchen small but essential and complete with everything. Hosts are nice and discreet. Our son had so much fun between the pool, cats, vegetable garden and all that well-kept greenery. Highly recommended for relaxing.

Beatrice was really super and the staff are no exception, the place is fantastic, located on a hill with a breathtaking view, impeccable cleanliness, we had a great time and we will definitely be back

Annelie's place was indescribably beautiful! The whole experience was incredible. Annelie really cares and takes care of her guests to make sure you have the most comfortable, enjoyable trip. The place has the most amazing view, and is super cozy. The towns nearby have lots to offer. And the churches and hikes nearby are amazing. A great way to get lost for a few days and enjoy the peace. This one is definitely for the books!

The property is very well cared for, the staff is courteous and attentive, the breakfast is great and the convenient location for the center with free parking next door.

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Breakfast with special hot croissants! Thank you so much for making us feel “at home”!!If we return to the area we will definitely see each other again.

We had a truly wonderful time here! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful- they helped us find a restaurant for dinner on our first evening, and even called up and booked us a table. When our adapter plug broke, they provided us with one to use and even insisted we take it home at the end of our stay. We were given a delicious breakfast with coffees and juice every morning in the lovely garden area, a nice opportunity to meet the other guests (even if we couldn’t speak Italian!). The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was especially comfortable. We loved the experience of the house with all its vintage features and traditional design. The pool was a delight to use and the views surrounding the house were amazing. You can really feel that the hosts want you to have the best experience here and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed! All in all, this was an experience to remember and we cannot recommend this unique and beautiful BnB more!

A typical style structure with a cute pool overlooking the valley. But the most beautiful thing was the feeling of feeling at home thanks to Alvaro, Alessandro and Tina who took care of us as family members. Exciting experience. Everything is beautiful despite the heat, but the pool is a cure-all at sunset after visits to the different beautiful towns and very close to the property.
