We loved our stay. Incredibly beautiful scenery, well appointed and comfortable house. A great base for day trips. A very quiet town with some real gems. Recommend a small suv type car as some of the road is unsealed and there are many hills. Thankyou for a memorable time!

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

The stay at Federica's was wonderful. His house is in a charming location, a short walk from Perugia. The interiors reflect Federica's sunny and elegant soul, who was extremely helpful and excellent company during our stay. Surely, as soon as possible, we will return to "Casa Perla" in the company of our little dog.

5 stars does not do this place justice! This is a true slice of paradise. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and felt right at home from the very beginning. The views are exquisite. The peace is palpable. The host is so thoughtful and attentive to every small detail. It was like our very own resort from the moment the gate opened! There are so many amazing touches, I truly can’t say enough good things! The surroundings are so beautiful and easy to get to. We miss it already!

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Great location with everything you need (sheets and towels) and also with breakfast food (coffee, cookies, jam, snacks). The house is well-structured and the very large outdoor garden is a pleasant plus. The only thing is the parking spot, but there are free spots a few hundred meters from the house.

Antonello went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free and relaxing. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

Simona's apartment, in addition to being a short walk from the historic center of Foligno, is completely renovated, equipped with every comfort, super clean and really welcoming. We immediately felt at home. Super recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla’s. She met us at the mini-metro stop and walked us to the apartment. She gave us a tour and answered all questions. The recommendations she provided were spot on. The house was loaded with extra goodies and water and the location is really unbeatable. The back patio is breathtaking to watch the fog in the valley in the mornings. Stay here if you get a chance and enjoy what it would be like to be a local.

I'm sure this is the best apartment we've ever stayed in through Airbnb. Marco + Michele are fantastic hosts. I highly recommend it for those who have a car and want a comfortable and luxurious experience at a great price. Also within driving distance of the Pian di Massiano mini subway with free parking so that the historic center is easy to access.

Hugo was very helpful, there were two of us with a child and a dog and it was like being at home. The apartment was very clean and the communication for check-in and check-out was very clear. A nice experience :D

Accommodation inserted in the context of an Art Nouveau-style villa of the early 1900s, with a garden and comfort space next to the apartment. Beautiful view of Assisi and Mount Subasio. Possibility of parking in the back of the house.

We think this airbnb is the best place to stay in Assisi. We were here 10 nights last year and 4 nights this year!! The deck and view are fabulous and almost heavenly. Being on the the edge of the historic town is peaceful and feels more mixed in the local scene. At the same time it is easy to walk to the main piazza. Piazza Matteotti bus stop is super close or you can walk anywhere in the historic town. The furnishings and decor are so charming and authentic. Stay here!!

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

Frederica's place is fantastic. An amazing location in a beautiful city. Inside the flat is modern, but sympathetic to the wonderful old building. This is a really special place and I loved staying there. Frederica was a great host.
