Vacation rentals with a home theater in Barcelonès

Rubens était très gentil et réactif, c'est un vrai super hôte! L'appartement est très propre et ressemble exactement aux photos.. le petit jardin est juste magnifique 🤩( j'ai trop aimé surtout que Rubens a mis beaucoup de plantes dedans). le transport est proche pour se rendre au centre ville. On a pris le rodalie R4 qui dure 20/24min pour arriver au centre ville ( arc de triomphe)... on a passé des bons moments dans cet appartement.. je garde des bons souvenirs.. 😁

Soggiorno impeccabile. Quando c'è stata qualche segnalazione Albert ha risolto egregiamente! L'appartamento è molto pulito e spazioso. La metro L1 che è poi la principale è a 5 minuti a piedi, comodissima. Bar, ristoranti e supermercati tutti a portata di mano, quindi posizione ottima. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Nell'appartamento è presente tutto quanto descritto nell'annuncio. Letti TOP, comodissimi! Il prezzo è un pò caro per le mie tasche ma assolutamente in linea con tutti i prezzi trovati nella zona (era il periodo di Pasqua e i prezzi erano altissimi ovunque). Distanza coi mezzi dal centro circa mezz'ora\ 40 minuti. Distanza dall'aeroporto coi mezzi circa 50 minuti. Col taxi 10 minuti, 35 euro (festivo notturno) in 4 persone. E' stato un piacere soggiornare da Albert quindi consiglio assolutamente! Grazie

Ricky ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, er hat schnell reagiert wenn man geschrieben hat. Bei uns hat der digitale Türöffner um ins Haus zu gelangen nicht funktioniert, der Code in die Wohnung schon und oben hatte es einen Schlüssel. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist fantastisch und das Badezimmer neu. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und es hat alles was man braucht inklusive Champagner als Begrüßung. Der Balkon hat 2 Sitzbereiche und ist geschützt, die Aussich prima. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Vor dem Haus oder nicht weit weg sind Tramme, Busse und Metro, die verschiedene Punkte in der Stadt anfahren, das Tram war für mich der Favorit. gerne wieder Pascal

We had a great one week stay with the family. The accommodation is very functional, there is everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Our children enjoyed finding plenty of outdoor and indoor games throughout their vacation. Iago is very welcoming, responsive and very kind. I highly recommend his apartment, the outside is very friendly, it offers you a magnificent view of the sea and possibility to have a small drink on the terrace. I think we will return at the next opportunity

Good Nice Appartement

Awesome and cost effective place to stay close to airport! Teresa picked us up from the airport for a fee that made the checkin so easy. Thank u for all the arrangements:)

Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda. Los anfitriones estuvieron siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con todo lo que necesitábamos, respondiendo rápidamente a cada consulta, incluso nos orientaron con el uso del metro. La casa está perfectamente equipada, en una ubicación excelente: con el metro cerca, supermercados, cafeterías y todo lo necesario a mano. La terraza es un verdadero plus, ideal para relajarse al final del día. La entrada y salida fueron muy fáciles gracias a las facilidades que nos ofrecieron. Además, la zona es tranquila y por la noche se descansa muy bien. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudar

Raul çok sıcak kanlı birisi ve çok saygılı her konuda yardımcı oldu kahvaltı yapabileceğimiz gezebileceğimiz yerlerin tavsiyelerini de verdi konum olarak şehir merkezine biraz uzak ama tek otobüsle gidilebiliyor

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la casa de Roger qui était super réactif et très sympathique. La maison était très propre et équipée jusqu’au sel. L’emplacement était parfait pas loin du centre de Barcelone mais assez pour être tranquille dans un quartier sécurisé. Bref tout était parfait pour notre famille.

Very nice place and well equipped for our family vacation with 2 young children. Francesc was very responsive and was always on hand to help with any queries. Only a 10 minute walk to the sea and the bakery down the road from the property was excellent. Would recommend this property.

Très bien accueillis par Jordi, la maison est super, très grande et idéal pour une grande famille. Le seul petit bémol est qu’il manque d’animations dans le village, mais c’est vraiment très minime car a quelque minutes vous trouverez des villes animés, ainsi que la plage. Je recommande !

Jep e sua mãe são ótimos anfitriões e desde o primeiro momento fazem você se sentir em casa. Poucos dias, mas tudo perfeito. Altamente recomendado.

Maria truly made my trip to Barcelona even more wonderful! She showed me the warmth and friendliness of the Spanish people. She is always quick to reply to my messages and full of great recommendations for places to visit. Her family is also really nice to offer help and make us feel at home. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortably fit three people. Overall, a best stay and a fantastic host. I would 100% recommend to everyone and will come back!!!

Ernest y Liz, fueron unos anfitriones grandiosos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa, muy amables y serviciales. Es fenomenal conversar con ellos. El lugar es muy limpio, cómodo y cerca a la estación del metro. Sin duda alguna volveremos a hospedarnos con ustedes !! Muchas gracias por todo !!
