Monthly Rentals in Barca Trencada

We had an excellent stay. Everything was as described and very clean. Miguel was very helpful and sent proactive instructions plus some recommendations for our stay and was very responsive. Facilities were great and we loved the location- a stunning beach only a couple of minutes walk away. We would absolutely stay here again.

Apartment with an aging decor but very functional, practical and well equipped (just missing a microwave). The lack of parking space did not bother us in October (spaces available on the street) but can be problematic in high season. Excellent location with access to a small cala (cala de borgit) just 50 meters away. From there, you can also access the cala mondrago by adding about 500m. We were with our 1 year old and 3.5 year old daughters and the path is largely accessible for the big one. The only downside is the lack of shops and restaurants within walking distance (you have to take the car to get there in 5 minutes to Portopetro ). Homerti is very responsive to any questions and very well organized. I would recommend this place for a family vacation with toddlers!

10 out of 10 for this great place. Miquela was always available for questions, gave tips and accommodated us with the departure time. The place is as beautiful as shown in the pictures, quietly located and the garden/pool very well maintained. For barbecue evenings, there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue corner. There is also plenty of shade. We did not use the living room and the TV, as it is simply fantastic to sit on the terrace. The kitchen is super equipped and towels are sufficiently available. The table tennis table with balls and rackets is also great. All bedrooms are air conditioned and there is ample space for luggage and even a safe. Thanks again for the nice week we were able to spend with you.
