We really liked the house, we were surprised by the details, it has bedding, blankets for the cold, iron, electric kettle, coffee maker, super equipped... Great cleanliness, everything as in the photos, we felt super comfortable! Felipe was always very quick to respond, attentive and kind! Super recommend!!

The house is great. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms, and well-organized bedding. It has two dining tables, one in the living room and another in the gourmet area that served 14 people very well. The yard is very nice and perfectly accommodated the three cars we were in, with plenty of space left in the yard for the kids to play. Anyway, the house met our expectations very well. This was the second time we went to Beto Carreiro and most likely we won't be back due to the age of our children, but if we had plans to return to the park, we would certainly rent this house normally.

The house is great, close to restaurants, pharmacy and market. Very comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful, helped us with our questions and with directions. Beto Carrero Park is about 7 km away and we arrived quickly by Uber.

We stayed at Fabio's House for 4 days. Excellent apartment, safe, very quiet place. Fabio provided all the information, gave tips and locations for sightseeing, restaurants, bakeries. Everything is close to the apartment. I recommend it to everyone and we'll be back soon, God willing 🙏🏾

Our stay in Penha was sensational. We had a great experience in the apartment. Very quiet place, very familiar, super safe, clean and comfortable. For the apartment, I suggest only the acquisition of an airfryer, in the most is super complete. I took a few clothes and was able to wash everything in the apartment itself. The hostess always responded to us promptly, is very charismatic and helpful. We are super comfortable. One suggestion for Airbnb hosts is to assemble small "kitchen kits" and make it available for guests to purchase, like: 500 grams of sugar, 200 ml of oil, 100 grams of coffee. Small things for small meals because sometimes if we shop at the supermarket it will waste it later. Speaking of buying, it has everything close to the apartment. You can do several things on foot. the beach is a 10 minute walk and you can use uber for everything if you are without a car like us. Thank you, Cynthia!
