The apartment is impeccable. Ideal for 4 people with very well-equipped rooms. The balcony with a barbecue and ocean view was the best part of the place. Ana is always very polite and responsive in her answers and directions. We loved it very much and it is certainly a place to return to more often!

Quiet accommodation, everything very clean and organized, there are several leisure options in the building such as a swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive, made us feel at ease, gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants, anyway, I will certainly recommend it to my friends and will return more often, we did not take much advantage of the leisure that the building offered because we went out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... anyway, we simply loved it

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — in fact, it's even better! Throughout my stay, the host was super attentive and always responded quickly. The place was impeccably clean and we had access to the entire leisure area of the condominium, which is simply perfect. My daughter loved it! There is a toy library, game room, several swimming pools... it is an excellent space for families. Another very positive point is the market behind the condominium, with fair prices. And the best part: we can take the shopping cart to the apartment and then return it with ease. I asked to check in a little early and, since I was with a child, it made all the difference. Priscila was extremely helpful and empathetic with the situation, which made me even more comfortable. The location is also great: just 10 minutes from Beto Carrero and about 35 minutes from Balneário Camboriú. Since I stayed four days, there was time to enjoy a little bit of everything — it was wonderful!

We loved our stay, everything was clean and organized, we felt at home, the balcony was perfect for rainy days and having a barbecue, the condominium was super organized, there is a grocery store that was great, snack bars and a gas station in front of the apartment, close to Beto Carreiro, which was perfect. The stay was great, the house is simple, the night is quiet to go out or rest, you can walk to the beach, the house is close to a super affordable restaurant, there are also bars and grocery stores nearby. Estopinha also loved it and was super nice in the house, which is all fenced in while I went to the beach. João and Hélder were attentive and solicitous from check-in to check-out.

House exactly as described in the listing. Well located, spacious and close to the main attractions of the city. I had some minor maintenance issues, but the hosts were extremely thoughtful and resolved quickly. Great choice for family travelers!
