Vacation rentals with beach access in Piçarras

Tiago's apartment is outstanding! Very well located, close to the beach – we walked there every day. The space is well equipped, with everything we need to cook during the stay. The condominium is cozy and, although we have not used it, we realized that it is great for those with children. Tiago was super attentive from start to finish, and the co-hosts who welcomed us were extremely receptive and friendly, giving us all the necessary support. We highly recommend it!

The apartment is wonderful! Very organized, clean, beautiful and cozy, exceeding our expectations. The structure of the condominium is excellent, with swimming pools facing the sea, a heated pool, jacuzzis, gym, sauna, sand court and even a direct exit to the beach, which is a great differential. The condominium's environment is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and everyone (residents and employees) is very kind and polite. The hosts were amazing, always attentive and ready to answer any questions with great cordiality. The site is ideal for families and for those looking for a rest in a calm and beautiful place. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

The days in Bianca's apartment were great! She was super flexible when we arrived a little later and even received our ifood while waiting for us... lol... the apartment is cute, spacious, clean and very nice. The most convenient thing for us was the very practical location for visiting the neighboring cities: Pomerode, Balneário Camboriú, Blumenau, Brusque. We'll recommend it to friends, for sure! Everything was wonderful!!

Comfortable, large, air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, quiet to sleep and a few steps from the beach. There is not much wind circulation, even though it has strong on the street, in the apartment it does not circulate much. The washer is not dryer, but works very well, the building has a community dryer. Adryana has provided chairs, sunscreen, super quick support for what we need, she and her husband are super professionals. It was well equipped, clean, good bath and good beds. Critical point of the condominium, the grill hood is on only 1 hour, then hangs up and we have to request at the concierge. Meanwhile, smoke in the house. Other than that, everything ok.

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

We very much like the house, very close to the beach, air-conditioning in all the rooms, great location, very close to the beach, extremely kind host, in short, it was very pleasant our stay, I certainly recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Nelly, a kind, friendly, attentive person, the house is as shown in the photos, everything is very clean from the entrance to the interior of the house, new and well-kept furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nothing is missing, the internet in the house is great, comfortable living room, barbecue space, everything is perfect with a beautiful view of the sea, clean rooms with working air conditioning, clean bathroom, showers with hot water, everything was perfect, I recommend it and I will certainly come back more times😍

We adored the house, Rosane's reception was very good, there was even a coffee and cake for our arrival. Great house,all organized, clean. We enjoy our tour a lot as the house is in a great location... several tourist cities are 40 to 1 h away from the house, so we can enjoy a lot to visit other cities like Blumenau, Pomerode, Camboriú, Beto Carreiro na Penha which is on the side ...Super recommend. No doubt next vacation we will return

Our stay was very good, the house is close, you can easily walk to the beach, the house had all the utensils I needed, even a beach chair. Very attentive host, answered everything promptly, I certainly recommend it and we'll be back several times.

Quiet accommodation, everything very clean and organized, there are several leisure options in the building such as a swimming pool, game room and others, the hosts were very helpful and attentive, made us feel at ease, gave suggestions of places to visit and nearby restaurants, anyway, I will certainly recommend it to my friends and will return more often, we did not take much advantage of the leisure that the building offered because we went out a lot, but my children loved the stay and for them it will be an incredible and unforgettable memory... anyway, we simply loved it

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!
