Our home is located in Balneário Piçarras, about a 15-minute walk to the beach and the center. In addition to the convenience of being on Beto Carreiro in just a 15-minute drive. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars. Our 300m² home has 4 bedrooms, one large en-suite with air-conditioning, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is integrated into the outdoor area and is ideal for barbecues and family events. It also has a wonderful little house with a swimming pool, great for fun with family and friends.
