Fantastic oceanfront structure on the sand with adult and children's pools, sauna, home cinema, gym, game room, toy library, teen space, semi-Olympic pool, gym, beach tennis, calisthenics, fire area, home office, laundry, etc. In the apartment: air conditioning, brewery, wine cellar, equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, heated water in the bathrooms and kitchen, dishwasher, barbecue on the balcony, snow bowl, flat-screen TVs, two parking spaces, filtered water level A. Splendid
