I extended my stay here, yes the house is amazing and clean and peaceful, but the main thing was how the family made me feel at home, Christiane, João e Bernardo are a second family to me now and I'm happy I can call them my friend's. what a great experience and if you are ever in piçarras you should come and stay at this incredible place

We had a great stay, very well-equipped house, nothing was missing. Including lots of games and even an xbox 360, for kids to enjoy the kinect. The fact that it had bedding, towels, and a beach chair made it a lot easier. It was a great experience.

Hello, the photos of the apartment are faithful and the apartment surprised us, a beautiful view, all very clean. Super equipped, washer and dryer, iron, cookware (everything)... Regarding the communication, several important information was sent here, but that I only saw now, on the trip there is so much that we did not keep going in the app to check the messages. But the Sonia that received us gave us a lot of information and made available for any questions. The location is ok, and the cost benefit found it good too. Can locate without fear, we enjoy the park, we went to BC and we know some of the beaches of Penha that surprised us positively. Do not forget that it is a condominium, with a lot of rules, that for whom, like us who is not used to it, is a lot of novelty, and ends up being afraid/afraid of being doing something wrong, given that it is a residential condominium and not all the neighbors seem to like your presence.

Paula showed kindness during the stay, showing she is available if necessary. Quiet and quiet place around, we managed to relax on the deck with the hammock and the hydro. Near the cabin has an outdoor shower, which made it easy to clean the sand before entering the house. The space inside corresponded to the pictures.

Comfortable apartment, well equipped, clean and in a great location. The condominium is safe and has leisure options such as a swimming pool, sports court and a piggy bank for the kids. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us all the information in detail and always answered my questions quickly. I recommend it!

What a phenomenal place!! My family and I spent three incredible days, enjoyed the house on Saturday and saw the best sunset of our lives with a visit from a family of blue macaws, the house is 20 min from Beto Carrero and we went on Sunday, Monday we enjoyed the morning with our little ones' birthday, the house served us super well we were 12 people. We love the place and we intend to come back!! Marly, my gratitude for all help, reception and welcome!

Very large, airy house. Good furniture. Very close to the beach. Five bedroom with a double bed, which is rare. The only caveat is the refrigerator which is old and small. You could have at least one more freezer, because for the number of guests, there is a lot of room for food. Ms. Fabia (responsible for the house) is an extremely proactive and responsible person. She made us feel comfortable. Plus, it's a great beach house. Would recommend!

great house, with ample space and all the kitchen utensils, very good to spend the holidays with the family.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The location of the house is excellent, very close to everything we needed, but at the same time quiet and secluded. The house is extremely cozy, with a cozy atmosphere and full of charm. The pool area and the BBQ are simply amazing, perfect for moments of leisure and relaxation. The owners were super attentive and helpful, always ready to help with any need. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back! Great stay, easy communication, all items available as per listing. Clean and pleasant. Private swimming pool. Easy to reach by car and also on foot. It would no doubt remain again!

The house is big, airy, clean. Air conditioning in all rooms. Otima pool. It had everything we needed. Only what did not please was the TV not being Smart. Besides that, all good. Josiane was flexible regarding chek-in and check-out times. We loved our stay at the house.

The house is very comfortable, cozy and super airy, it has two rooms with balcony and huge doors (including PVC) allowing the entrance of the sea breeze. it worked perfectly, from the appliances to the room space. Grill area is excellent, all very practical, a super-equipped kitchen, water filter, microwave, cooktop, built-in electric oven, laundry follows the same very well-equipped level, the whole house infrastructure is excellent. We spent 10 wonderful days as a family and 4 more pets. The location is also excellent, a wonderful place of Piçarras, which made our stay even more special, close to the market, restaurants and especially the sea, 3 minutes you are already on the boardwalk. Without counting the host, your Ruy, he was super helpful, attentive, flexible at the entrance and exit. Host banknote 1000. We recommend the house with eyes closed, so much so that we are already planning our return.

The house is great, true to the photos of Airbnb, the rooms are large and airy, living space with very pleasant integrated kitchen, but the high point is the balcony with a barbecue and sea view, there we spend most of the time. Communication with both Sílvia and the homemaker (who welcomed us) has always been very easy and fast. It's definitely a place worthwhile and we'll be back!

Our stay was wonderful! Rafael's house is like in the pictures, comfortable, tidy, clean, on a super quiet street and close to the beach! There was absolutely nothing left for us, including having beach chairs, table, umbrella, cooler made all the difference for us, it helped us a lot!!! Rafael is very friendly and quickly answered us every time we need him, in addition to giving us good tips, so that our days were amazing!! It was so worth it!!! We highly recommend Rafael's place!!

The apt is great, well furnished and the sea view is wonderful! The beach is clean and it's right in front. The building's pool is not very large, but fulfills its function, although the sun falls on it only until 1:00 pm or so. The building is not very tall and has few apartments, which makes it easier to maintain the place. There is a supermarket and restaurant very close by.

The apartment is like the ad, was extremely clean and organized, very complete mainly in the matter of great kitchen, bedrooms and beds, mega surprised everyone. Márcia always very quickly I return and helpful in everything we needed. We'll be back for sure!!

It was all wonderful in my stay with Graciele, the apartment was super clean, smelling bedding, and the apartment is even more beautiful and bigger in person than what appears in the photos. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, bakers, and Beto Carrero. Communication with Graciele was excellent, she was always very friendly and requests.
