I had a very comfortable stay of 4 days in Rupesh's studio flat. The room is not very large but has every facility you might need even for a long stay. I chose the place as it's close to Azim Premji university where my daughter is. --The wifi worked all through and when it didn't, Rupesh was responsive and helped. --The gated society was nice, with space to go for a walk, and there was a small grocery store on the ground floor. --A maid came every single day and cleaned the room while I was there. Really appreciated that! If you don't mind small spaces, this is an excellent, affordable stay option in Sarjapur. I would book it again for myself if needed, in the future, without any hesitation.

Undoubtedly a Very pleasant stay for me and my family. Highly hygienic and comfortable place to live. Entire essentials were provided by the owner and were kind enough to help us at any point of time when required. The location was too amazing and peaceful. Posh locality and always a pleasant weather.

I was looking for a place that was close to a field where my dog had to go for a competition . Right from clarifying the distance to the place to, providing great directions to a thoughtful walk through Parthasarathi was a great host. My wife , my two dogs and I felt right at home. The house is a little removed from the city if that is the sort of accommodation you are looking for , but more than makes up with easy access to places like Nandi Hills if trekking etc are your thing. Food delivery apps serve the location so we weren’t short of options. Personally, my dogs are a little more active than the average pet - so while the area where the house is located is suitable for walks , anything more intense will mean a short drive with little to no traffic to access oodles of space . Parthasarathi and his family live on the first floor but that in no way impedes your need for privacy. They are great at being available to answer questions but scarce otherwise . My friend & I had a wonderful time at Divya’s place. We felt safe there. The place was clean and cozy - exactly as described. Divya was responsive and helpful. Location is great and metro station and rickshaws are nearby. There’s also a convenient shop nearby. Will definitely stay again.
