Absolutely stunning view from the balcony! The apartment is brand new and spotlessly clean. Gemma was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out very flexible. She also provided fantastic local tips for restaurants and activities. Parking was easy and close by, plus there are free public electric car chargers just a minute away !

The check-in is a little tricky as it has to be done in person, but Zakaria and his team were flexible with timing, which I appreciated. The place is very clean and has a great little rooftop patio. The best part, however, is the incredible location. It is literally walkable to everything and steps to the beach. We swam in the Mediterranean every day. I would stay here again.

My stay at this Airbnb apartment in Spain was just amazing! Apartment was clean, modern, and very well appointed. It was an incredible getaway. The house has everything you need. De de is a beautiful area , all in flowers. Very friendly hosts. 2 large terraces , depending on the time of day , one terrace is always cool. 3 minutes walk to the sea. Amazing cove , coniferous forests around. There is a beach bar and restaurant . Book this home is luck. We rested and did not believe that for such a small price you could rent such a lovely house

Roger and Susanna villa is amazing, it's the best villa we have ever stayed at and the pictures do not show the full beauty of the place. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay there again one day.

As described, Geo is a brilliant host - even organising taxis and taking us themselves. The place is as described, lovely private pool space and a well stocked kitchen!

Amazing spot for visiting Spain. The town of Xert is close to many sights like the ancient city of Morella. It’s also a short drive to the costal towns that are lively at night with local festivals. The home itself was wonderful with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and super helpful sharing local restaurants. Overall excellent stay. 10/10

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The best part was definitely the beautiful surroundings, with a peaceful and spacious territory that offered plenty of privacy. The view from the window was stunning, especially with the calming sound of the sea in the background. It was incredibly quiet and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, the apartment itself wasn’t as functional as I had hoped. There were not many windows, which made the space feel a bit closed off, and it didn’t ventilate well, so it felt a bit stuffy at times. Despite these small inconveniences, the overall experience was pleasant, thanks to the serene location and natural beauty of the area.

Beautiful house, comfortable well heated a few meters from the seaside. Not overlooked on the pool not used at this time of year.

From the best villas I've been to. The house was super nice, comfortable , quiet, the pool was really spotless. Plenty of inflatables for fun. The peace of mind was awesome. Good place to disconnect and enjoy the sea and the pool. Maria was pending and quickly managed an incident that arose with the temporary occupation of the garage square by another unknown car.

The apartment was very conveniently located close to the beach and restaurants. It was very neat and clean with all the possible facilities a good place to stay. Both the host and the contact person have been very punctual and kind. We are very happy. We will definitely be back. We felt at home. It's been a great vacation.

Everything went very well. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The common areas are very spacious and ideal for families with children. Pascal, the owner, always attentive and kind to us. In short, we had a great impasse!

Pleasant host with an apartment with everything you need. The listing says there is no wifi, but don't be alarmed - everything is in place. Nice, warm, furnished apartment where you can relax after long walks in the mountains, and cook food in the kitchen. A special plus for allowing pets is a unique option! Thank very much

great location, comfortable apartment with everything you need to stay for a short or long time. parking outside. La Rápita is a very nice place but you might want to drive to other places for the better restaurants!

Highly recommended! We were a group of friends and we were super comfortable. The apartment is as described, and very well equipped (kitchen, towels, etc.). In addition, Liliana left us some welcome gifts, which are always appreciated :) As for communication, it was also very accessible and open to sharing recommendations.
