Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luis' condo. It has an amazing location on the beach with a quiet vibe, and during our January stay, there was no huge rush for pool/beach chairs. We rented this particular unit for the patio, and it is indeed the most outstanding aspect of this condo. It is very spacious, and most of the time we spent at the condo was spent there. Wifi was good- note I did not require a lot of video-conferencing for work. There is a wonderful 4-station briquette grilling station close to the beach. The staff we met in the complex were all very friendly and helpful. The condo itself is clean, albeit a little tired. Nice to have 2 bathrooms, and the pull-out couches work well if you have more than 2 people. The coffee maker and microwave did not work when we first arrived, but Luis has 2 assistants that are very communicative, and although it took a few days to sort that out, we did receive replacements. We would definitely consider staying there again! Thanks Luis!

Everything excellent and very good communication

We had the best escape at Alexis's place! The distance to town was perfect - maybe a three minute walk to the square and a five minute walk to the beach. Close enough to get there in an instant, but far enough away to be separate from the hustle and bustle. The place was free of clutter but had everything we needed. And the communication was impressive: quick, helpful, and informative! It was obvious there was thought put into what guests would want and would benefit from, and we soaked it up! We look forward to staying there on our next escape to Sayulita!

First off the town of Sayulita is awesome. This place is right next to the town square so your kinda right in the mix of everything which was nice. The taco place Tacos Al Pastor is a 30 second walk from this spot and is fire. We ate there 4 of the 4 days we were there lol. Omar, our contact, was super nice, friendly, and helpful. I definitely want to come back.

We really enjoyed our time in Sayulita and at Casa Jacqui. We spent our days exploring the town, relaxing at the beach, swimming in the pool and resting on the beautiful patio. A week well spent and would highly recommend.

Rob’s place was exactly what we needed to unwind in Sayulita. I love the punch codes to get in the front gate and the room to start. The room was perfectly clean on arrival. The pool and lounge chairs welcomed us after our long travel day. The king size bed looking out of the large screen door was beautiful. The gardens around the property were nicer than the botanical gardens that we paid to get into! The kitchen was fully stocked and outside on the porch that we sat out on constantly. The weather and temperature was perfect, so no need to use the A/C. Wifi worked great, even for FaceTime calls. There were excellent bands playing next door on Saturday night so we had free entertainment right from our balcony. I love the free use of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Everything is very walkable from this location. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is very quiet with mountain views. It is well furnished, modern, clean and comfortable. As the balcony is located on the hillside, it is less exposed to the sun. That's what made it even more enjoyable. Everything we needed for our stay was available. We found the availability of a washer/dryer in the apartment very convenient. On arrival the host had provided us with a 20 liter container of drinking water. The only downside is the mini-fridge located under the counter. It is not practical for a longer stay. On the other hand, the host informed me that he was preparing a kitchen redevelopment project to replace the mini-fridge with a larger and more conventional refrigerator. The complex is located very close to the sea, 2 steps from a beautiful beach and very close to the center of a peaceful and safe village as well as a superb marina.

This place was perfect! Very quiet and peaceful but also close to every great restaurant, bars, karaoke and the beach. Ruben was such a gentleman and sUuper friendly. I’ll be staying here again 100%

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is clean and the pool is awesome! You are a little farther from town but it is easily walkable and allows you to see parts that you might otherwise miss. Great staff and you have everything you need. It was an awesome place to stay and would likely stay again if returning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking if you don’t mind a bit of a walk.

Lovely place on north side of town. Spotless lap pool. Unit is lovely and well equipped for our family of four. Nice bath and beach linens/towels. Point of contact, Rene, is extremely helpful with recommendations, transportation and other services. We did run out of tap water one night and Rene had the truck there and refilling the tank as soon as we let him know. Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but it wasn’t a problem for us. We appreciated having the top two floor unit, and experiencing the thatch ceilings and views. Something to know - Sayulita is a VERY loud town - and this location up a little canyon amplified the long/late night party noise. It was spring break, so likely that contributed to issue, but there were only couple days mid-week that there wasn’t thumping music, etc, until 3-4 AM. Bring good earplugs if you are sensitive to that. Also lots of daytime construction noise Small cons: Not enough drinking H2O for stay Old/shabby bed linens Not enough TP for stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The patio was a standout feature – it was exactly as photographed, with plenty of great shade that made it a perfect spot to relax . The host was extremely helpful and communicative, ensuring that everything went smoothly from start to finish. The location was unbeatable; we never had to take a cab as everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Thank you Vaughn!

The apartment was fantastic. More than enough space. Practically a private beach. Kids loved it. We'll be back!

Exactly as advertised! Guadalupe was an excellent host who was always so responsive if we needed to connect. Within the Peninsula complex its a great location, beautiful views and the sound of the ocean from every room. The Peninsula grounds, pool, beach and amenities are all excellent. Also worth mentioning that the mattresses in every room were high quality and comfortable. We’d be happy to come back and would confidently recommend Guadalupe’s place to anyone.
