We love this place—it's calm, peaceful, and has a great view. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation, and the building offers all the essential amenities. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach.

El alojamiento es muy completo,tienes para hacer de todo desde descansar a echar unas partidas al villar,como a pegarte un baño relajante en el jacuzzi y la limpieza es de 10.las camas son muy cómodas repetiremos en otras ocasion todo perfecto.

Todo es genial. El departamento corresponde a la descripción y fotografías, muy limpio, súper vista al mar! ¡Gran anfitrión! ¡Definitivamente regresaremos otra vez!

Un apartamento nuevo, acogedor, completamente preparado. Una urbanización preciosa y unas vistas increíbles. Eso si, necesitas coche absolutamente para todo, pero el descanso está garantizado.

Особливо вразила тераса з неймовірним видом на море — це справжнє місце для релаксу. Господарі привітні та уважні. Ми залишилися дуже задоволені й обов’язково повернемося ще раз. Щиро рекомендуємо!

Andrea’s apartment was top quality - very modern, very clean, very well furnished. The wrap-around balcony has views to the see and the mountain, and overlooking the pool. The pool area is first class - crystal clear water in the three main pools, and then an indoor spa area as well with warm bubble pool, and then an ice pool and hot pool. The sauna was not working during our visit. But everything else was brilliant - one of the best apartment pools I’ve been too. It was helped by the fact that it was never busy. The area is not great for amenities - there is a campsite next door that has a bar and a very small shop, but other than that everything else is a short drive away. The beach is a mixed sand/pebble beach, and during our visit it was not safe on any day for our kids (8 & 3) to go in the water. It gets deep very quickly and the waves are strong. The Allonbay complex is still under construction but we knew this and it didn’t bother us. Overall, we loved our time here.

Casa muy familiar y cómoda para una familia grande, cocina bien equipada, quizás un tendedero en la terraza de arriba para aprovechar el sol mejor. Pero todo muy práctico. Cercanía a la playa de las Devesses.

just left Vulicentes place after 10 days..my piece of heaven...it ticked every box and more. The nicest apt I have ever stayed I think..bright & airy but the terrace with that view and a lovely breeze as you look out to sea.Beach on your doorstep..peaceful..Viciente was extremely responsive and great suggestions about area. i will be back

Very clean and modern interior. 2 minute foitwalk to the sea. Restaurants, shops in close distance. Clean and nice pool :-) Highly recommened pkace to stay and enjoy Benidorm !!

Elena und Felix sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber und haben uns gleich zu Anfang hilfreiche Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants gegeben. Die blitzsaubere Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die bequeme Matratze - wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die Terrassen, die mit schönen und bequemen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet sind und eine herrliche Aussicht bieten. Das Vorhandensein eines PKWs ist aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung sehr nützlich. Alles in allem: ein sehr empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil!!

El apartamento de Bert es perfecto, mi pareja y yo nos alojamos para descansar, la urbanización es muy tranquila, tiene muy buenas vistas, mobiliario muy cómodo, y el piso está totalmente equipado, desde juguetes de mesa hasta unos prismáticos increíbles con los que vimos el mar y las montañas perfectamente. Los únicos puntos malos que le pondría son, la escasez de comercios cerca y la distancia con el centro. En algo que coincidimos los dos, es que en persona el apartamento es muchísimo mejor que en las fotos, y que esperamos volver pronto!

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!

L’appartement offre bien plus que ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire a eu plusieurs attentions très appréciables à notre arrivée. Tout est d’une propreté irréprochable, et la vue sur la piscine ajoute une touche de charme supplémentaire. Je recommande vivement !

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

This place truly goes above and beyond your expectations! The spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows made our stay feel like a home. The on-site facilities—including the sauna, gym, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools—added so much enjoyment to our visit. The location is simply perfect: just a short walk to the beach, and the bus stop is only a few steps away, making it easy to get to the shopping centre and old town. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, it’s where we’ll stay again the next time we visit Benidorm!

La résidence est très sympa, fleurie et très bien entretenue, l’appartement est conforme aux photos et très confortable les literies sont parfaites. Le seul manque concerne l’aménagement extérieur, la terrasse manque d’ombre il faudrait un très grand store. La piscine devant l’appartement est très agréable. Merci à Steven et Lidia pour leur accueil et réactivité.

Рекомендую оставаться в этом жилье. Чувствуете себя как дома, прекрасный чистый бассейн . Много кухонного инвентаря и посуды, места для хранения. Очень дружелюбный хозяин. Утром приятно выйти с чашечкой кофе в сад. Территория роскошная, падл корт открытый и закрытый бассейн. Мы провели отлично отпуск с детьми. Рекомендую взять в аренду в авто все достопримечательности и пляж 7-15 мин на машине. Торговый центр и продуктовые магазины 3-5 минут.

Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen und besteht aus mehreren Wohneinheiten. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Einrichtungen wie der Pool, die Sauna, das Hammam sowie der Jacuzzi – alles sehr gepflegt und einladend. Der nächste Strand ist zwar ein Kiesstrand, aber nur etwa 5 Autominuten entfernt befindet sich ein traumhafter Sandstrand, der leicht zu erreichen ist und sich ideal zum Baden eignet. Abends muss man mit Moskitos rechnen, was sich jedoch mit entsprechendem Schutz gut in den Griff bekommen lässt. Die Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Grillen ein und auch für Unterhaltung ist gesorgt – z. B. mit einer Tischtennisplatte. Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wij hebben van 25 april tot 3 mei een geweldige vakantie gehad in de villa van Nelson en Daniela. Wat een ontzettend lieve en gastvrije eigenaren! Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons welkom. De villa was super schoon en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Naast het heerlijke zwembad konden we ook gebruikmaken van een eigen fitnessruimte, een sauna, tafeltennis en zelfs een dartspel, ideaal voor zowel ontspanning als plezier. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Als extra lieve verassing kregen we ook nog verse sinaasappels uit hun eigen boom, zo een lieve en warm gebaar! Een perfecte plek om tot rust te komen en plezier te maken. We hebben enorm genoten en komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug! Dank je wel lieve Nelson & Daniela!

Très belle et grande maison, parfaitement équipée pour passer un excellent séjour en famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons tout trouvé sur place pour être à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Tuomas, Federico et Giulia ont été très réactifs et toujours disponibles pour nous aider tout au long du séjour. Une communication fluide et agréable. Je recommande vivement cette location !

Séjour agréable chez Parvaneh , exactement comme sur les photos : très belle maison fonctionnelle avec tous les équipements nécessaires . +++ pour l’extérieur , très beau jardin entretenu,la piscine était très agréable avec une eau tiède à chaque baignade . Vue magnifique en hauteur sur Denia et apaisante autour du monte pego . Quartier très calme et tous est à proximité (à 10-15 min en voiture : plage , restaurant , supermarché … ) . La plage de Denia est très calme , parking collé à la plage avec des places toujours disponibles , parfait avec des enfants . De Denia , possibilité de visiter plusieurs villes et plages à 30min-1h (moraira, calpe, benidrom…) Nous remercions Parvaneh pour sa disponibilité , de nous avoir fournis un lit bébé et de s’être adaptée lors de notre changement de jour de départ .

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair.
